What can we say about this machine - a revolution that Apple released 6(!) years ago. I bought it in November 2021 and it is used daily for work 6-8 hours, it has not given me the slightest reason to replace it. Of course, the battery is a bit worn after so many years but it still lasts about 7 hours of light use (Safari, Netflix). Even today it remains an honest choice for those who want an affordable MacBook to join the Apple ecosystem.

Το αγόρασα Νοέμβριο 2021 και χρησιμοποιείται καθημερινά λόγω δουλειάς 6-8 ώρες, δεν μου έχει δώσει τον παραμικρό λόγο για να το αλλάξω. Φυσικά η μπαταρία είναι λίγο ταλαιπωρημένη μετά από τόσα χρόνια αλλά βγάζει ακόμα περίπου 7 ώρες ήπιας χρήσης ( safari, Netflix ). Μέχρι και σήμερα παραμένει τίμια επιλογή για όσους θέλουν ένα οικονομικό MacBook για να ενταχθούν στο apple ecosystem.
Get it and you'll have it for years. It's good for everyday tasks, great quality and decent for movies, browsing, office work, etc. It's worth it if you don't want to do crazy things. At first, for some reason, I couldn't connect to WiFi but after a restart it worked. Maybe it was due to wear from being closed in the box for years. Anyway, it's worth its money

It is mechanically perfect without a doubt. However, this is the second one I buy because its screen seems to be very sensitive. Without having been dropped or hit, after a flight, I noticed a small crack in the glass that was hard to see. The screen had no other issues. The next time I opened the laptop, the screen was dark. A technician told me that possibly a grain of sand got into the screen, and when I closed it, it pressed on the screen and cracked it. The repair cost was €450, so I added another €350 and bought a new machine.
Είναι τέλειο μηχανικά αναμφισβήτητα. Το δεύτερο που παίρνω όμως γιατί η οθόνη του μάλλον είναι πολύ ευαίσθητη. Χωρίς να έχει πέσει ή χτυπηθεί μετά από πτήση είδα μια μικρή ρωγμή στο γυαλί που δύσκολα την διέκρινες. Η οθόνη δεν είχε κάποιο άλλο θέμα. Την επόμενη φορά που άνοιξα το λάπτοπ η οθόνη ήταν συσκατη. Ένας τεχνικός μου είπε ότι πιθανόν μπήκε ένας κοκος άμμο στην οθόνη και όπως το έκλεισα πίεσε την οθόνη και την κρακαρε. Η επισκευή της κόστιζε 450€ οπότε έβαλα άλλα 350€ και πήρα καινούριο μηχάνημα.

I have had this laptop for almost a year now and so far it has proven to be exceptional.
The build quality is very premium, it's all aluminum and very lightweight. It's very convenient for both office use and having it on your lap.
The screen is excellent, with vibrant colors and satisfactory brightness. The speakers are very loud. The keyboard and trackpad are flawless. The Touch ID is also very convenient.
The battery lasts easily for 5 days with normal use. It charges very quickly (the only negative is that the charger cable is a bit short for a laptop (2m), but it's not a big problem since it doesn't need constant charging).
The processor is a beast. Especially the Apple applications, but also the rest work great and very fast. You can work with 10 open applications and it won't crash at all. The operating system is very user-friendly and works seamlessly with other Apple devices.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT WITHOUT HESITATION!
Το συγκεκριμένο λαπτοπ το έχω στην κατοχή μου σχεδόν ένα μισή χρόνο. Μέχρι στιγμής έχει αποδειχτεί εξαιρετικό.
Η κατασκευή είναι πολύ “premium”, είναι όλο αλουμινιένο και πολύ ελαφρύ. Βολεύει πάρα πολυ και για χρήση σε γραφείο και για να το έχεις στα ποδια σου.
Η οθόνη είναι εξαιρετική. Τα χρώματα ζωντανά και η φωτεινότητα πολύ ικανοποιητική. Τα ηχεία πολύ δυνατά. Πληκτρολόγιο και trackpad άψογα. Πολύ βολικό και το Touch ID.
Η μπαταρία με κανονική χρήση διαρκεί άνετα 5 ημέρες. Φορτίζει πολύ γρήγορα [το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι το μήκος του φορτιστή είναι λίγο μικρό για λαπτοπ (2m) αλλά δεν είναι τόσο μεγάλο το πρόβλημα αφού δεν χρειάζεται συνεχώς φόρτιση].
Ο επεξεργαστής θηρίο. Ειδικά οι εφαρμογές της apple αλλά και οι υπόλοιπες δουλεύουν υπέροχα και πολύ γρήγορα. Μπορείς να δουλεύεις με 10 εφαρμογές ανοιχτές και να μην κρασαρει καθόλου. Το λειτουργικό πολύ εύχρηστο και συνεργάζεται άψογα με τις υπόλοιπες συσκευές της apple.

The MacBook is flawless. Very fast even with slow internet, the keyboard upgraded from the previous MacBook. You can do everything, play games, work in an office, create documents. It constantly updates, almost 2 to 3 times a month. It doesn't heat up with any use, only when playing games. The battery is excellent, easily lasts a day of use, and the 30w charger charges the laptop quickly. The quality of the video and image is impeccable, as it can run in 4K resolution. It has a wide range of applications and functions that cover every need. When you turn it on, it opens rapidly within 5 seconds. It has an invulnerable antivirus, so you will never have a problem with viruses. I've had it for a year and it works exactly the same as if it were its first use. The only negative is that it has a mediocre camera and it doesn't give you much freedom to download apps from Google as it recognizes them as an unknown developer and generally from other platforms. Overall, it is aimed at someone who wants to keep their files secure and be able to create documents, i.e. a businessperson and not children!
To MacBook είναι άψογο . Πολύ γρήγορο ακόμα και με αργό Ίντερνετ το πληκτρολόγιο αναβαθμισμένο από το προηγούμενο MacBook . Μπορείς να κανείς τα πάντα να παίξεις παιχνίδια να δουλεύεις σε γραφείο να φτιάχνεις έγγραφα. Διαρκώς ανανεώνετε καθως κάνει ενημερώσει σχεδόν 2 με 3 το μήνα . Δεν ανεβάζει θερμοκρασία σε ότι χρήση και αν κανείς μόνο όταν παιζεις παιχνίδια . Η μπαταρία άριστη αντέχει άνετα μια μέρα χρήσης ενώ ο φοίτησης 30w φορτιζεις το λαπτοπ γρηγορα. Η ποιοτητα τον βιντεο και της εικονας αψογη καθως μπορει και τρεχει σε 4κ αναλυση. Εχει μια μεγαλη πληθωρα εφαρμογων και λειτουργιών που σου καλύπτει κάθε ανάγκη Όταν το ενεργοποίητε ανοίγει ραγδαία μέσα σε 5 δευτερόλεπτα. Απαραβίαστο antivirus δεν προκειτε να εχετε θεμα με ιους ποτε ξανα.Το εχω 1 χρονο και δουλευει ακριβως το ιδιο σαν να ηταν η πρωτη του χρηση . Το μονο αρνητικο ειναι οτι εχει μια μετρια καμερα και δεν σου δινει μεγαλη ελευθερια να κατεβαζεις εφαρμογες απο το google καθως τις αναγνωρίζει ως μη γνωστο προγραμματιστή και γενικά από άλλες πλατφόρμες. Γενικά απευθύνετε σε κάποιον οπου θέλει να έχει τα αρχεία του ασφαλή και να μπορεί να δημιουργει έγγραφα δηλαδή σε έναν επιχειρηματία και όχι σε παιδιά !
I bought it in the first days of July, used, in very good condition (93% battery performance - about 100 charging cycles) for 750 euros as I was struggling incredibly to give 1150 euros that it cost new from here.
The use I give it is for school work (Department of Computer Science), from programming to text editing for several hours in a row, even at night. The backlit keyboard helped me a lot, something that I didn't have on my old Dell laptop that cost 650 euros, please!
What never ceases to amaze me about this machine is:
1) Its battery: 8 hours of comfortable use as I sometimes go to the library and read. Even with the battery performance dropped to 88% since I got it, it still surprises me until now as I write this review.
2) Its minimal weight: Extremely lightweight, with a thin screen that is almost non-existent. You can literally carry it with little care. In the morning, while making coffee, I bring it to the kitchen and play podcasts on Spotify through a JBL speaker I have. In the afternoon, I work in the living room or bedroom, and at night, again in the living room for gaming or watching a movie, as I am a bit of a homebody, especially in winter.
It's truly amazing how much this particular machine can do with the combination of the above two positive characteristics.
Conclusion (2 months of use): I still don't know for sure if it's worth/give personally over 1000 euros, but it was worth every euro for the 750 euros I paid and snagged it. It really is a tool that, if you take care of it, can last you 7-10 years.
Το αγόρασα στις πρώτες ημέρες του Ιουλίου, μεταχειρησμένο, σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση (93% απόδοση μπαταρίας - 100 κύκλους φόρτησης περίπου) στα 750 ευρώ καθώς δυσκολευόμουν απίστευτα να δόσω 1150 που κόστιζε εκείνη την περίοδο καινούργιο απο εδώ.
Η χρήση που του κάνω είναι εργασίες σχολής (Τμήμα Πληροφορικής), από προγραμματισμπό μέχρι εγγραφή κειμένου για αρκετές ώρες συνεχόμενα ακόμη και το βράδυ. Εκεόι με βοήθησε απίστευτα το φωτιζόμενο πληκτρολόγιο κάτι που δεν είχα στο παλιό Dell laptop των 650 ευρώ παρακαλώ !
Αυτό που δεν σταματάει να με εκπλήσει σε αυτό το μηχάνημα είναι:
1) Η μπαταρία του: 8 ώρες χρήσης άνετα καθώς πάω καμιά φορά σε βιβλιοθήκη και διαβάζω. Ακόμη και με την απόδοση την μπαταρίας να έχει πέσει στο 88% απο όταν το πήρα δεν σταματάει να με εκπλήσει έως και τώρα που γράφω την αξιολόγηση απο αυτό.
2) Το ελάχιστο βάρος του: Πανάλαφρο, φουλ λεπτή οθόνη που είναι σχεδόν σαν να μην υπάρχει. Κυριολεκτικά το πας μπαντού με λίγο προσοχή. Πρωι όσο φτιάχνω καφέ το φέρνω κουζίνα και βάζω podcast στο Spotify και σε ένα JBL ηχείο που έχω. Μεσημέρι δουλεύω σαλόνι η υπνοδωμάτιο και βράδυ σαλόνι πάλι για άργμα ή ταινία καθώς είμαι λίγο σπιτόγατος ειδικά τον χειμώνα.
Πραγματικά απίστευτο το πόσα μπορεί να κάνει το συγκεκριμένο μηχάνημα με τον συνδιασμό των παραπάνω 2 θετικών χαρακτηριστικών του.
Συμπέρασμα (2 μήνες χρήσης): Δεν ξέρω ακόμη με σιγουριά, αν αξίζει/θα έδινα προσωπικά τα 1000+ ευρώ ωστόσο άξιζε κάθε ευρώ στα 750 που έδωσα και το τσίμπησα. Πραγματικά πρόκειται για ένα εργαλείο που αν το προσέχεις μπορεί να σου βγάλει 7-10 χρόνια.
First time on a MacBook after 14 years with Acer and Lenovo, the experience is simply unique, perfect synchronization with the iPhone 8 Plus and Apple smartwatch... Whatever you start on your phone, you can continue on your laptop and vice versa, and it doesn't heat up at all. The battery lasts around 10 hours with screen usage, mainly for music and movies.

Ότι ξεκινάς από το κινητό το συνεχίζεις στο λαπτοπ και το αντίστροφο, επίσης δεν ζεσταίνεται με την καμία, κοντα στις 10 ωρες η διάρκεια της μπαταρίας με χρήση οθόνης , κυρίως μουσική και ταινίες.
Έχει αρκετά "κρυμμένα μυστικά " που ακόμα ψάχνω να ανακαλύψω, θα επανέλθω με νεα κριτική.
After upgrading from the MacBook Air 2017 to the M1 MacBook Air 2020, I really lost the ball. It's lightning fast and doesn't lag anywhere, and I only have to charge the battery with moderate use once every 5-6 days!!

Μετά το MacBook Air 2017 αναβάθμισα σε M1 MacBook Air 2020 και πραγματικά έχασα τη μπάλα. Ταχύτατο δεν κολλάει πουθενά και μπαταρία που φορτίζω με μέτρια χρήση μια φορά στις 5-6 μέρες !!
Ότι καλύτερο κυκλοφορεί εκεί γύρω στα 1000€ στην αγορά με την αξιοπιστία της Apple!

Excellent purchase. It is a jewel in every way. The construction quality is exceptional. The battery life is also sufficient for moderate use, requiring charging two or three times a week. What impressed me the most, however, is the sound quality, which even the most untrained ear can perceive. The sound is clear, crystal clear, full, and so is the trackpad. I was one of those who couldn't work on a laptop without an external mouse. Well, with the trackpad, all movements are very easy. I liked it so much that I will also get it for my Mac mini. Attention. To connect to an external monitor, a usb c to hdmi cable or adapter is required.
Εξαιρετική αγορά. Πρόκειται για ένα κόσμημα από κάθε άποψη. Η ποιότητα κατασκευής εξαιρετική. Η αυτονομία της μπαταρίας επίσης, για μέτρια χρήση , αρκεί η φόρτιση του δυο ή τρεις φορές την εβδομάδα. Αυτά που με εντυπωσίασαν όμως περισσότερο είναι η ποιότητα του ήχου, την οποία ακόμη και ο πιο αδαής αντιλαμβάνεται. ήχος καθαρός, κρυστάλλινος, γεμάτος αλλά και το trackpad.
Ήμουν από αυτούς που δεν μπορούσα να δουλέψω σε laptop χωρίς εξωτερικό ποντίκι.
Ε λοιπόν, με το trackpad όλες οι κινήσεις γίνονται πολύ εύκολα.
Μου άρεσε τόσο πολύ, που θα το πάρω και για το Mac mini μου.
Προσοχή. Για σύνδεση σε εξωτερική οθόνη απαιτείται η προμήθεια usb c σε hdmi καλώδιο ή αντάπτορας.
First Mac. The M1 is very powerful. I have the 8GB 256GB because I got it as a second one, the space doesn't fill up much with the operating system like Windows. The screen, keyboard, touchpad, etc. have top-notch feel and quality. It's very fast, with the same performance whether it's plugged in or on battery! The battery is out of this world, sleep wake-up like a mobile phone, what can I say, I'm impressed. At this price point, there's simply nothing else like it.

Η μπαταρία δε από άλλο πλανήτη, sleep wake-up σαν κινητό, τι να πω, έχω εντυπωσιαστεί. Στα λεφτά αυτά απλά δεν υπάρχει.
This is currently the most value-for-money choice for purchasing an ultrabook around 1000 euros. Yes, I know it may sound strange, the value-for-money and 1000 euros, but my friends, if you search for something similar in the competition, you will realize that all prices have skyrocketed... Well. The battery is truly amazing, as well as the fact that its performance is not affected at all when disconnected from the power outlet, which unfortunately does not happen with any Windows laptop. In a few words, it is a truly portable, lightweight, and powerful ultrabook with all that entails. On the downside, it can play games, but very few have been optimized for the M1 so far. I would not generally recommend it for gaming unless you play very specific games that are written for this soc. For example, WoW, which is optimized, will leave you speechless when you see it running steadily at 60fps in 2K without any lag and without a fan, with temperatures ranging from 50-70 degrees after hours... On the positive side, for productivity, with the P3 screen, it is the best for video/photo editing, and of course, the keyboard/touchpad is top-notch in its category.
Update* Until now (2+ months), there hasn't been the slightest issue with its temperatures, and even in games, when you set it to the settings of each game for optimal 60fps, the temperature stabilizes around 72c. Of course, you will need to lower the resolution a bit. For casual office work, etc., you won't notice anything, it works at around 34c. So, there are no issues with temperatures. Obviously, the M1 operates smoothly with passive cooling. Truly impressive. Happy shopping.

Ναι το ξέρω ίσως ακούγετε κάπως περίεργο το VFM και 1000 ευρώ αλλά φίλοι μου εάν ψάξετε για κάτι αντίστοιχο στον ανταγωνισμό θα διαπιστώσετε ότι όλες οι τιμές έχουν πάρει για τα καλά την ανιούσα... Λοιπόν. Η μπαταρία τα σπάει πραγματικά ότι καλύτερο υπάρχει, όπως και το γεγονός ότι οι επιδόσεις του δεν επηρεάζονται στο ελάχιστο όταν αποσυνδεθεί από τη πρίζα πράγμα που δυστυχώς δεν συμβαίνει με κανένα windows laptop. Είναι με λίγα λόγια ένα πραγματικά φορητό πανάλαφρο και ισχυρό ultrabook με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται. Στα αρνητικά είναι ότι παίζει μεν παιχνίδια αλλά ελάχιστα έχουν γίνει προς το παρόν optimized Metal για τον Μ1. Δεν θα το συνιστούσα γενικώς για gaming εκτός και εάν παίζετε πολύ συγκεκριμένα games που είναι γραμμένα για αυτό το soc. Το wow ας πούμε, που είναι optimized σου πέφτουν τα σαγόνια όταν βλέπεις να τρέχει σταθερά 60fps στα 2Κ χωρίς ίχνος lag και χωρίς ανεμιστήρα και θερμοκρασίες 50-70 μετά από ώρες..... Στα υπέρ, για productivity με P3 πλέον οθόνη είναι ότι καλύτερο για video/photo editing και φυσικά το keyboard / touchpad που είναι το κορυφαίο στην κατηγορία του.
Update* Έως τώρα (2+ μήνες) δεν υπάρχει το παραμικρό θέμα με τις θερμοκρασίες του και ακόμα και σε games όταν το ρυθμίσετε στα settings του εκάστοτε παιχνιδιού για optimal 60fps η θερμοκρασία σταθεροποιείτε γύρο στους 72c. Φυσικά θα χρειαστεί να ρίξετε λίγο ανάλυση. Για casual δουλειές γραφείου κλπ δεν καταλαβαίνει τίποτα, δουλεύει γυρω στους 34c. Οπότε δεν υπάρχουν θέματα με τις θερμοκρασίες. Προφανώς ο Μ1 με passing cooling λειτουργεί απρόσκοπτα. Πραγματικά εντυπωσιακό. Καλές αγορές.
I bought it to replace a MacBook Air early 2014. I've been using it for a month. It's really perfect. A worthy modern replacement. Of course... to say the bad things, if we can consider them bad... because we're talking about an exceptional computer in every other way. 1. The battery doesn't last 15 hours no matter what, I'm the type who should be and I work on the Mac with the brightness all the way down. If you turn down the brightness to get the battery to last on any device, please change your unacceptable practice and stop straining your eyes. The screen is there to be seen. My old Mac lasted 7 hours with a new battery and this one lasts 8 hours. It also has a small charger that charges it slowly - 3 hours, so you can break down and go give more money to Apple for a big charger. Unacceptable. 2. Money and breaking for new cables and USB-C adapters that often don't do their job properly, etc. 3. Its speed is fine... but for years now, mobile phones have become faster than laptops or just as fast as Mac laptops. Well, now laptops have caught up or surpassed them. ----------- Also, as an iPhone user for the past 5 months: iPhones are not even worth their money! But Macs are worth their money twice over!

Αν κλεινετε την φωτεινοτητα για να σας βγαλει η μπαταρια, σε οποιαδηποτε συσκευη, παρακαλω να αλλαξετε την απαραδεκτη για εσας πρακτικη και να σταματησετε να βγαζετε τα ματια σας. Η οθονη ειναι για την βλεπουμε. Το παλιο mac μου εβγαζε 7 ωρες με καινουργια μπαταρια και αυτο βγαζει 8 ωρες. Επισης εχει μικρο φορτιστη που το φορτιζει αργα - 3 ωρες, για να σπαστεις και να πας να δωσεις στην apple και αλλα λεφτα για μεγαλο φορτιστη. Απαραδεκτο. 2. Λεφτα και σπασιμο για καινουργια καλωδια και ανταπτορες usb-c που πολυ συχνα δεν κανουν την δουλεια τους οπως πρεπει κτλ. 3. Η ταχυτητα του ειναι μια χαρα... αλλα εδω και χρονια τα κινητα ειχαν γινει πιο γρηγορα απο laptop ή το ιδιο γρηγορα με mac laptop. Ε, τωρα τα λαπτοπ ισοφαρισαν ή περασαν μπροστα. ----------- Να πω επισης κατι σαν χρηστης και iphone τους τελευταιους 5 μηνες: Τα iphone δεν αξιζουν ουτε καν τα λεφτα τους! Get it and you'll have it for years. It's good for everyday tasks, great quality and decent for movies, browsing, office work, etc. It's worth it if you don't want to do crazy things. At first, for some reason, I couldn't connect to WiFi but after a restart it worked. Maybe it was due to wear from being closed in the box for years. Anyway, it's worth its money

It is mechanically perfect without a doubt. However, this is the second one I buy because its screen seems to be very sensitive. Without having been dropped or hit, after a flight, I noticed a small crack in the glass that was hard to see. The screen had no other issues. The next time I opened the laptop, the screen was dark. A technician told me that possibly a grain of sand got into the screen, and when I closed it, it pressed on the screen and cracked it. The repair cost was €450, so I added another €350 and bought a new machine.

Χωρίς να έχει πέσει ή χτυπηθεί μετά από πτήση είδα μια μικρή ρωγμή στο γυαλί που δύσκολα την διέκρινες. Η οθόνη δεν είχε κάποιο άλλο θέμα. Την επόμενη φορά που άνοιξα το λάπτοπ η οθόνη ήταν συσκατη. Ένας τεχνικός μου είπε ότι πιθανόν μπήκε ένας κοκος άμμο στην οθόνη και όπως το έκλεισα πίεσε την οθόνη και την κρακαρε. Η επισκευή της κόστιζε 450€ οπότε έβαλα άλλα 350€ και πήρα καινούριο μηχάνημα.

I have had this laptop for almost a year now and so far it has proven to be exceptional.
The build quality is very premium, it's all aluminum and very lightweight. It's very convenient for both office use and having it on your lap.
The screen is excellent, with vibrant colors and satisfactory brightness. The speakers are very loud. The keyboard and trackpad are flawless. The Touch ID is also very convenient.
The battery lasts easily for 5 days with normal use. It charges very quickly (the only negative is that the charger cable is a bit short for a laptop (2m), but it's not a big problem since it doesn't need constant charging).
The processor is a beast. Especially the Apple applications, but also the rest work great and very fast. You can work with 10 open applications and it won't crash at all. The operating system is very user-friendly and works seamlessly with other Apple devices.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT WITHOUT HESITATION!
Το συγκεκριμένο λαπτοπ το έχω στην κατοχή μου σχεδόν ένα μισή χρόνο. Μέχρι στιγμής έχει αποδειχτεί εξαιρετικό.
Η κατασκευή είναι πολύ “premium”, είναι όλο αλουμινιένο και πολύ ελαφρύ. Βολεύει πάρα πολυ και για χρήση σε γραφείο και για να το έχεις στα ποδια σου.
Η οθόνη είναι εξαιρετική. Τα χρώματα ζωντανά και η φωτεινότητα πολύ ικανοποιητική. Τα ηχεία πολύ δυνατά. Πληκτρολόγιο και trackpad άψογα. Πολύ βολικό και το Touch ID.
Η μπαταρία με κανονική χρήση διαρκεί άνετα 5 ημέρες. Φορτίζει πολύ γρήγορα [το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι το μήκος του φορτιστή είναι λίγο μικρό για λαπτοπ (2m) αλλά δεν είναι τόσο μεγάλο το πρόβλημα αφού δεν χρειάζεται συνεχώς φόρτιση].
Ο επεξεργαστής θηρίο. Ειδικά οι εφαρμογές της apple αλλά και οι υπόλοιπες δουλεύουν υπέροχα και πολύ γρήγορα. Μπορείς να δουλεύεις με 10 εφαρμογές ανοιχτές και να μην κρασαρει καθόλου. Το λειτουργικό πολύ εύχρηστο και συνεργάζεται άψογα με τις υπόλοιπες συσκευές της apple.

The MacBook is flawless. Very fast even with slow internet, the keyboard upgraded from the previous MacBook. You can do everything, play games, work in an office, create documents. It constantly updates, almost 2 to 3 times a month. It doesn't heat up with any use, only when playing games. The battery is excellent, easily lasts a day of use, and the 30w charger charges the laptop quickly. The quality of the video and image is impeccable, as it can run in 4K resolution. It has a wide range of applications and functions that cover every need. When you turn it on, it opens rapidly within 5 seconds. It has an invulnerable antivirus, so you will never have a problem with viruses. I've had it for a year and it works exactly the same as if it were its first use. The only negative is that it has a mediocre camera and it doesn't give you much freedom to download apps from Google as it recognizes them as an unknown developer and generally from other platforms. Overall, it is aimed at someone who wants to keep their files secure and be able to create documents, i.e. a businessperson and not children!

Δεν ανεβάζει θερμοκρασία σε ότι χρήση και αν κανείς μόνο όταν παιζεις παιχνίδια . Η μπαταρία άριστη αντέχει άνετα μια μέρα χρήσης ενώ ο φοίτησης 30w φορτιζεις το λαπτοπ γρηγορα. Η ποιοτητα τον βιντεο και της εικονας αψογη καθως μπορει και τρεχει σε 4κ αναλυση. Εχει μια μεγαλη πληθωρα εφαρμογων και λειτουργιών που σου καλύπτει κάθε ανάγκη Όταν το ενεργοποίητε ανοίγει ραγδαία μέσα σε 5 δευτερόλεπτα. Απαραβίαστο antivirus δεν προκειτε να εχετε θεμα με ιους ποτε ξανα.Το εχω 1 χρονο και δουλευει ακριβως το ιδιο σαν να ηταν η πρωτη του χρηση . Το μονο αρνητικο ειναι οτι εχει μια μετρια καμερα και δεν σου δινει μεγαλη ελευθερια να κατεβαζεις εφαρμογες απο το google καθως τις αναγνωρίζει ως μη γνωστο προγραμματιστή και γενικά από άλλες πλατφόρμες. Γενικά απευθύνετε σε κάποιον οπου θέλει να έχει τα αρχεία του ασφαλή και να μπορεί να δημιουργει έγγραφα δηλαδή σε έναν επιχειρηματία και όχι σε παιδιά !
I bought it in the first days of July, used, in very good condition (93% battery performance - about 100 charging cycles) for 750 euros as I was struggling incredibly to give 1150 euros that it cost new from here.
The use I give it is for school work (Department of Computer Science), from programming to text editing for several hours in a row, even at night. The backlit keyboard helped me a lot, something that I didn't have on my old Dell laptop that cost 650 euros, please!
What never ceases to amaze me about this machine is:
1) Its battery: 8 hours of comfortable use as I sometimes go to the library and read. Even with the battery performance dropped to 88% since I got it, it still surprises me until now as I write this review.
2) Its minimal weight: Extremely lightweight, with a thin screen that is almost non-existent. You can literally carry it with little care. In the morning, while making coffee, I bring it to the kitchen and play podcasts on Spotify through a JBL speaker I have. In the afternoon, I work in the living room or bedroom, and at night, again in the living room for gaming or watching a movie, as I am a bit of a homebody, especially in winter.
It's truly amazing how much this particular machine can do with the combination of the above two positive characteristics.
Conclusion (2 months of use): I still don't know for sure if it's worth/give personally over 1000 euros, but it was worth every euro for the 750 euros I paid and snagged it. It really is a tool that, if you take care of it, can last you 7-10 years.
Το αγόρασα στις πρώτες ημέρες του Ιουλίου, μεταχειρησμένο, σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση (93% απόδοση μπαταρίας - 100 κύκλους φόρτησης περίπου) στα 750 ευρώ καθώς δυσκολευόμουν απίστευτα να δόσω 1150 που κόστιζε εκείνη την περίοδο καινούργιο απο εδώ.
Η χρήση που του κάνω είναι εργασίες σχολής (Τμήμα Πληροφορικής), από προγραμματισμπό μέχρι εγγραφή κειμένου για αρκετές ώρες συνεχόμενα ακόμη και το βράδυ. Εκεόι με βοήθησε απίστευτα το φωτιζόμενο πληκτρολόγιο κάτι που δεν είχα στο παλιό Dell laptop των 650 ευρώ παρακαλώ !
Αυτό που δεν σταματάει να με εκπλήσει σε αυτό το μηχάνημα είναι:
1) Η μπαταρία του: 8 ώρες χρήσης άνετα καθώς πάω καμιά φορά σε βιβλιοθήκη και διαβάζω. Ακόμη και με την απόδοση την μπαταρίας να έχει πέσει στο 88% απο όταν το πήρα δεν σταματάει να με εκπλήσει έως και τώρα που γράφω την αξιολόγηση απο αυτό.
2) Το ελάχιστο βάρος του: Πανάλαφρο, φουλ λεπτή οθόνη που είναι σχεδόν σαν να μην υπάρχει. Κυριολεκτικά το πας μπαντού με λίγο προσοχή. Πρωι όσο φτιάχνω καφέ το φέρνω κουζίνα και βάζω podcast στο Spotify και σε ένα JBL ηχείο που έχω. Μεσημέρι δουλεύω σαλόνι η υπνοδωμάτιο και βράδυ σαλόνι πάλι για άργμα ή ταινία καθώς είμαι λίγο σπιτόγατος ειδικά τον χειμώνα.
Πραγματικά απίστευτο το πόσα μπορεί να κάνει το συγκεκριμένο μηχάνημα με τον συνδιασμό των παραπάνω 2 θετικών χαρακτηριστικών του.
Συμπέρασμα (2 μήνες χρήσης): Δεν ξέρω ακόμη με σιγουριά, αν αξίζει/θα έδινα προσωπικά τα 1000+ ευρώ ωστόσο άξιζε κάθε ευρώ στα 750 που έδωσα και το τσίμπησα. Πραγματικά πρόκειται για ένα εργαλείο που αν το προσέχεις μπορεί να σου βγάλει 7-10 χρόνια.
First time on a MacBook after 14 years with Acer and Lenovo, the experience is simply unique, perfect synchronization with the iPhone 8 Plus and Apple smartwatch... Whatever you start on your phone, you can continue on your laptop and vice versa, and it doesn't heat up at all. The battery lasts around 10 hours with screen usage, mainly for music and movies.
It has quite a few "hidden secrets" that I'm still trying to discover, I'll come back with a new review.

Ότι ξεκινάς από το κινητό το συνεχίζεις στο λαπτοπ και το αντίστροφο, επίσης δεν ζεσταίνεται με την καμία, κοντα στις 10 ωρες η διάρκεια της μπαταρίας με χρήση οθόνης , κυρίως μουσική και ταινίες.
Έχει αρκετά "κρυμμένα μυστικά " που ακόμα ψάχνω να ανακαλύψω, θα επανέλθω με νεα κριτική.
After upgrading from the MacBook Air 2017 to the M1 MacBook Air 2020, I really lost the ball. It's lightning fast and doesn't lag anywhere, and I only have to charge the battery with moderate use once every 5-6 days!!
The best thing out there for around €1000 on the market with Apple's reliability!

Μετά το MacBook Air 2017 αναβάθμισα σε M1 MacBook Air 2020 και πραγματικά έχασα τη μπάλα. Ταχύτατο δεν κολλάει πουθενά και μπαταρία που φορτίζω με μέτρια χρήση μια φορά στις 5-6 μέρες !!
Ότι καλύτερο κυκλοφορεί εκεί γύρω στα 1000€ στην αγορά με την αξιοπιστία της Apple!

Excellent purchase. It is a jewel in every way. The construction quality is exceptional. The battery life is also sufficient for moderate use, requiring charging two or three times a week. What impressed me the most, however, is the sound quality, which even the most untrained ear can perceive. The sound is clear, crystal clear, full, and so is the trackpad. I was one of those who couldn't work on a laptop without an external mouse. Well, with the trackpad, all movements are very easy. I liked it so much that I will also get it for my Mac mini. Attention. To connect to an external monitor, a usb c to hdmi cable or adapter is required.
Εξαιρετική αγορά. Πρόκειται για ένα κόσμημα από κάθε άποψη. Η ποιότητα κατασκευής εξαιρετική. Η αυτονομία της μπαταρίας επίσης, για μέτρια χρήση , αρκεί η φόρτιση του δυο ή τρεις φορές την εβδομάδα. Αυτά που με εντυπωσίασαν όμως περισσότερο είναι η ποιότητα του ήχου, την οποία ακόμη και ο πιο αδαής αντιλαμβάνεται. ήχος καθαρός, κρυστάλλινος, γεμάτος αλλά και το trackpad.
Ήμουν από αυτούς που δεν μπορούσα να δουλέψω σε laptop χωρίς εξωτερικό ποντίκι.
Ε λοιπόν, με το trackpad όλες οι κινήσεις γίνονται πολύ εύκολα.
Μου άρεσε τόσο πολύ, που θα το πάρω και για το Mac mini μου.
Προσοχή. Για σύνδεση σε εξωτερική οθόνη απαιτείται η προμήθεια usb c σε hdmi καλώδιο ή αντάπτορας.
First Mac. The M1 is very powerful. I have the 8GB 256GB because I got it as a second one, the space doesn't fill up much with the operating system like Windows. The screen, keyboard, touchpad, etc. have top-notch feel and quality. It's very fast, with the same performance whether it's plugged in or on battery! The battery is out of this world, sleep wake-up like a mobile phone, what can I say, I'm impressed. At this price point, there's simply nothing else like it.
Πρώτο μακ. Ο Μ1 είναι πολύ δυνατός. Έχω το 8 GB 256 GB γιατί το πήρα για δεύτερο, ο χώρος δεν γεμίζει πολύ με το λειτουργό όπως τα windows. Οθόνη, πληκτρολόγιο, touchpad κλπ κορυφαία αίσθηση και ποιότητα. Είναι πολύ γρήγορο, ίδιες επιδόσεις είτε το έχεις στο ρεύμα είτε στην μπαταρία! Η μπαταρία δε από άλλο πλανήτη, sleep wake-up σαν κινητό, τι να πω, έχω εντυπωσιαστεί. Στα λεφτά αυτά απλά δεν υπάρχει.
This is currently the most value-for-money choice for purchasing an ultrabook around 1000 euros. Yes, I know it may sound strange, the value-for-money and 1000 euros, but my friends, if you search for something similar in the competition, you will realize that all prices have skyrocketed... Well. The battery is truly amazing, as well as the fact that its performance is not affected at all when disconnected from the power outlet, which unfortunately does not happen with any Windows laptop. In a few words, it is a truly portable, lightweight, and powerful ultrabook with all that entails. On the downside, it can play games, but very few have been optimized for the M1 so far. I would not generally recommend it for gaming unless you play very specific games that are written for this soc. For example, WoW, which is optimized, will leave you speechless when you see it running steadily at 60fps in 2K without any lag and without a fan, with temperatures ranging from 50-70 degrees after hours... On the positive side, for productivity, with the P3 screen, it is the best for video/photo editing, and of course, the keyboard/touchpad is top-notch in its category.
Update* Until now (2+ months), there hasn't been the slightest issue with its temperatures, and even in games, when you set it to the settings of each game for optimal 60fps, the temperature stabilizes around 72c. Of course, you will need to lower the resolution a bit. For casual office work, etc., you won't notice anything, it works at around 34c. So, there are no issues with temperatures. Obviously, the M1 operates smoothly with passive cooling. Truly impressive. Happy shopping.
Αυτή τη στιγμή είναι η ποιο VFM επιλογή για αγορά ultrabook γύρω στα 1000ευρώ. Ναι το ξέρω ίσως ακούγετε κάπως περίεργο το VFM και 1000 ευρώ αλλά φίλοι μου εάν ψάξετε για κάτι αντίστοιχο στον ανταγωνισμό θα διαπιστώσετε ότι όλες οι τιμές έχουν πάρει για τα καλά την ανιούσα... Λοιπόν. Η μπαταρία τα σπάει πραγματικά ότι καλύτερο υπάρχει, όπως και το γεγονός ότι οι επιδόσεις του δεν επηρεάζονται στο ελάχιστο όταν αποσυνδεθεί από τη πρίζα πράγμα που δυστυχώς δεν συμβαίνει με κανένα windows laptop. Είναι με λίγα λόγια ένα πραγματικά φορητό πανάλαφρο και ισχυρό ultrabook με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται. Στα αρνητικά είναι ότι παίζει μεν παιχνίδια αλλά ελάχιστα έχουν γίνει προς το παρόν optimized Metal για τον Μ1. Δεν θα το συνιστούσα γενικώς για gaming εκτός και εάν παίζετε πολύ συγκεκριμένα games που είναι γραμμένα για αυτό το soc. Το wow ας πούμε, που είναι optimized σου πέφτουν τα σαγόνια όταν βλέπεις να τρέχει σταθερά 60fps στα 2Κ χωρίς ίχνος lag και χωρίς ανεμιστήρα και θερμοκρασίες 50-70 μετά από ώρες..... Στα υπέρ, για productivity με P3 πλέον οθόνη είναι ότι καλύτερο για video/photo editing και φυσικά το keyboard / touchpad που είναι το κορυφαίο στην κατηγορία του.
Update* Έως τώρα (2+ μήνες) δεν υπάρχει το παραμικρό θέμα με τις θερμοκρασίες του και ακόμα και σε games όταν το ρυθμίσετε στα settings του εκάστοτε παιχνιδιού για optimal 60fps η θερμοκρασία σταθεροποιείτε γύρο στους 72c. Φυσικά θα χρειαστεί να ρίξετε λίγο ανάλυση. Για casual δουλειές γραφείου κλπ δεν καταλαβαίνει τίποτα, δουλεύει γυρω στους 34c. Οπότε δεν υπάρχουν θέματα με τις θερμοκρασίες. Προφανώς ο Μ1 με passing cooling λειτουργεί απρόσκοπτα. Πραγματικά εντυπωσιακό. Καλές αγορές.
I bought it to replace a MacBook Air early 2014. I've been using it for a month. It's really perfect. A worthy modern replacement. The battery doesn't last 15 hours no matter what, I'm the type who should be and I work on the Mac with the brightness all the way down. If you turn down the brightness to get the battery to last on any device, please change your unacceptable practice and stop straining your eyes. The screen is there to be seen. My old Mac lasted 7 hours with a new battery and this one lasts 8 hours. It also has a small charger that charges it slowly - 3 hours, so you can break down and go give more money to Apple for a big charger. Unacceptable. 2. Money and breaking for new cables and USB-C adapters that often don't do their job properly, etc. 3. Its speed is fine... but for years now, mobile phones have become faster than laptops or just as fast as Mac laptops. Well, now laptops have caught up or surpassed them. ----------- Also, as an iPhone user for the past 5 months: iPhones are not even worth their money! But Macs are worth their money twice over!
To πηρα για να αντικαταστησω ενα macbook air early 2014. Το δουλευω 1 μηνα. Τελειο πραγματικα. Αξιος μοντερνος αντικαταστατης. Βεβαια... να πω και τα κακα, αν μπορουμε να τα θεωρησουμε κακα... γιατι εδω μιλαμε για εναν εξαιρετικο σε ολα τα αλλα υπολογιστη. 1. Η μπαταρια 15 ωρες δεν βγαζει με τιποτα, ειμαι τυπος που ετσι πρεπει να ειστε ολοι και δουλευω το mac με τερμα την φωτεινοτητα. Αν κλεινετε την φωτεινοτητα για να σας βγαλει η μπαταρια, σε οποιαδηποτε συσκευη, παρακαλω να αλλαξετε την απαραδεκτη για εσας πρακτικη και να σταματησετε να βγαζετε τα ματια σας. Η οθονη ειναι για την βλεπουμε. Το παλιο mac μου εβγαζε 7 ωρες με καινουργια μπαταρια και αυτο βγαζει 8 ωρες. Επισης εχει μικρο φορτιστη που το φορτιζει αργα - 3 ωρες, για να σπαστεις και να πας να δωσεις στην apple και αλλα λεφτα για μεγαλο φορτιστη. Απαραδεκτο. 2. Λεφτα και σπασιμο για καινουργια καλωδια και ανταπτορες usb-c που πολυ συχνα δεν κανουν την δουλεια τους οπως πρεπει κτλ. 3. Η ταχυτητα του ειναι μια χαρα... αλλα εδω και χρονια τα κινητα ειχαν γινει πιο γρηγορα απο laptop ή το ιδιο γρηγορα με mac laptop. Ε, τωρα τα λαπτοπ ισοφαρισαν ή περασαν μπροστα. ----------- Να πω επισης κατι σαν χρηστης και iphone τους τελευταιους 5 μηνες: Τα iphone δεν αξιζουν ουτε καν τα λεφτα τους! Οι mac ομως αξιζουν τα λεφτα τους στο διπλο!

What can we say about this machine - a revolution that Apple released 6(!) years ago. I bought it in November 2021 and it is used daily for work 6-8 hours, it has not given me the slightest reason to replace it. Of course, the battery is a bit worn after so many years but it still lasts about 7 hours of light use (Safari, Netflix). Even today it remains an honest choice for those who want an affordable MacBook to join the Apple ecosystem.

Το αγόρασα Νοέμβριο 2021 και χρησιμοποιείται καθημερινά λόγω δουλειάς 6-8 ώρες, δεν μου έχει δώσει τον παραμικρό λόγο για να το αλλάξω. Φυσικά η μπαταρία είναι λίγο ταλαιπωρημένη μετά από τόσα χρόνια αλλά βγάζει ακόμα περίπου 7 ώρες ήπιας χρήσης ( safari, Netflix ). Μέχρι και σήμερα παραμένει τίμια επιλογή για όσους θέλουν ένα οικονομικό MacBook για να ενταχθούν στο apple ecosystem.
Get it and you'll have it for years. It's good for everyday tasks, great quality and decent for movies, browsing, office work, etc. It's worth it if you don't want to do crazy things. At first, for some reason, I couldn't connect to WiFi but after a restart it worked. Maybe it was due to wear from being closed in the box for years. Anyway, it's worth its money

Στην αρχή για κάποιο λόγο δεν μπορούσα να μπω WiFi αλλά με επανεκκίνηση λειτούργησε. Ίσως έφταιγε η φθορά λόγω των χρόνων κλειστό στο κουτί. Πάντως αξίζει τα χρήματα του
It is mechanically perfect without a doubt. However, this is the second one I buy because its screen seems to be very sensitive. Without having been dropped or hit, after a flight, I noticed a small crack in the glass that was hard to see. The screen had no other issues. The next time I opened the laptop, the screen was dark. A technician told me that possibly a grain of sand got into the screen, and when I closed it, it pressed on the screen and cracked it. The repair cost was €450, so I added another €350 and bought a new machine.
Είναι τέλειο μηχανικά αναμφισβήτητα. Το δεύτερο που παίρνω όμως γιατί η οθόνη του μάλλον είναι πολύ ευαίσθητη. Χωρίς να έχει πέσει ή χτυπηθεί μετά από πτήση είδα μια μικρή ρωγμή στο γυαλί που δύσκολα την διέκρινες. Η οθόνη δεν είχε κάποιο άλλο θέμα. Την επόμενη φορά που άνοιξα το λάπτοπ η οθόνη ήταν συσκατη. Ένας τεχνικός μου είπε ότι πιθανόν μπήκε ένας κοκος άμμο στην οθόνη και όπως το έκλεισα πίεσε την οθόνη και την κρακαρε. Η επισκευή της κόστιζε 450€ οπότε έβαλα άλλα 350€ και πήρα καινούριο μηχάνημα.

2024 purchase December. And still, the Apple M1 silicon processor is a marvel of technology. At this price, it is honestly the best you can buy right now on the market. Even for simple image, video, audio editing, etc. Apple with this masterpiece of a processor has pushed computers 500 years ahead in a day.
2024 αγορά Δεκέμβριος. Και ακόμα ο επεξεργαστής M1 silicon Apple είναι ένα θαύμα της τεχνολογίας. Σε αυτήν την τιμή είναι ειλικρινά ότι καλύτερο μπορείς να αγοράσεις αυτή τη στιγμή στην αγορά.
