Scam, within 1 year and 3 months it burned out. The batteries drained at night, it overheated and burned

It seems good for the few days I've had it, it just makes a lot of noise when the power goes out, maybe to let you know that something is wrong...

So far very good, I have it and it powers a modem phone system for a landline phone via mobile telephony.

Honest for its price, I have connected my PC, router, 2 monitors and finally I feel at ease. During a recent power outage I tested to see how long it would last and it endured for about 10 minutes.
Small size and a faint light coming from the screen which I don't think causes any problem.

After 1.5 years of uninterrupted operation, I consider it reliable. At times, it was activated, protecting my devices that operate 24/7.

Just fine for its price. I have the 2000VA model and it supports the new Desktop computer along with the monitor. I haven't noticed any smell. At full computer performance 5080 and 285K it draws about 30%. Indeed, connecting it to the computer is difficult and the software is old. I tried a bit so that it could shut down the computer when I'm away, without success. It probably needs more settings. However, I don't see the point in this since in sleep mode it draws 0-1% and will last many hours, so I'll be home again. The only reason I find for connecting it to the computer is for battery tests.

For this money, it is good. Whoever wants something better will have to pay at least double! You get what you pay for!

It is a good UPS as many buyers mention, however I want to point out to those interested that the 2000VA model has a coil whine which is noticeable in a bedroom if you are sensitive to sounds.

I have put on top of the tower 3 monitors and all the PC peripherals. It lasts a few minutes, just enough to save your work and shut it down. When the power goes out, it makes a loud beep beep and makes a creaking noise when it starts up. So far it has saved me during 2 power outages and in minor voltage drops it is just what you need to protect your equipment, especially for its price. On the slight downside, it has a smell like plastic, particularly strong at first, now it seems to have subsided (or have I gotten used to it?). But it smells and it's not pleasant so keep that in mind.

This little guy keeps my console, power amplifier, PC, 32'' monitor, router, and a keyboard running. I haven't tested how long it lasts, but without any rush I save and shut down each device one by one. And see what load it handles with all that. Bravo to Tesco, honestly I didn't expect it

I bought it too because of the good reviews and what did I get? It arrived broken, I plugged it in for the first time to charge the batteries and there was no input at all for 230V, only output with batteries. I sent it back to see what they will tell me about replacing it with a new one since it was defective, they didn't do anything and now we will wait to see what will happen. And when it comes again, if it comes, I will write my review, that's all.

On mine, I don't like the power button, you think it will break if you press it. When it runs out of power, it makes some beeps but along with that it rattles and makes a strange noise. I didn't notice any smell. I've had it for 2 months and it's doing well. I hope the review was helpful.

To tell the truth, I don't notice any smell, noise, or anything. I have installed a system with a 5800x3d and 7800xt and 2 monitors on it and so far it works perfectly. At full load, the UPS is at 45%. Time will tell, but for this price, it is very good.

Yesterday I received it, today I plugged it in with a load. It has a very slight smell but that's nothing unusual for a new device. Time will tell how many eggs fit in the sack. The first impression is positive but a negative is that the power cable is built into the device whereas in the previous one it had a eurodin plug like many serious devices. The company is Greek but the manufacturing is Chinese. I hope if I need them I can get help.

Every time the power went out, it worked perfectly even when there were two brief dips and then it came back. I have some reservations about how much the batteries will cost me when they need to be replaced, but overall it is good.

I use it for the protection and power supply of the router and the deco devices I have. It does exactly what it should. Every time there is a power outage, it has powered the connected devices. For its price, it is very good. I cannot comment on its longevity, but it has managed to last over 1 hour without the battery level dropping. So I assume it can last for several hours.

The protocol it uses for communication with USB causes me problems, and the fact that it relies on a Chinese app to do this does not inspire much confidence.

The first 10 days the whole room smelled because of this UPS. Also, NO MATTER how much I tried for hours, I couldn't connect any software to the UPS to configure it... very strange. Also... its screen never turns off, even if you power it off. And the light is strong at night.

Other than that, it does its job properly when the power goes out.

For its price, it's fine. The NUT is a bit difficult; the application it uses is so old that I can't find it.

I got it because I work from home and with storms we have frequent second-long outages, etc. I plugged it into the router, but there I usually have some other device, a light, and a charger. Excellent, it has saved me. Now a simple router and a light keep running for hours. I will get a bigger one for the laptop/monitor, etc

Nonsense.
I bought it mainly for the AVR voltage stabilization.
It did nothing, the problem I have with my refrigerator's compressor shutting down my computer screen still persists, and the voltage dips on the UPS even burned out the power supply.
Opt for something of better quality...

The off button is annoying and doesn't work properly when the power is out, which is extra annoying with the super loud beeping that you can't turn off!

What can I say, it works, but if you have more money look elsewhere. There is no convenience here, only the basic function of protecting your electronics.

So far I have no complaints about the UPS except for two minor ones:
-The power cable is quite short, making its placement very restrictive.
-The screen does not seem to be able to turn off.

I recommend downloading the UPSmart application (https://www.wisepowerusa.com/down.php) for monitoring the UPS via computer. The application suggested by Tescom never worked properly for me.

EDIT: 6 months later everything is fine. During one or two power outages, it immediately went into operation. On my PC, under load (around 500 Watts), it gives enough time to safely shut everything down, more than 5 minutes.

Silent, simple, quality. It is bulky and relatively heavy. When the power goes out, it beeps for a while and hums a bit, but not enough to wake you up while you are sleeping (the humming). It has a short cable, but personally, it didn't bother me much. Also, because I have it barely under the bed, when I rest my ear on the pillow, I feel a slight penetrating hum, something you don't hear even if you put your ear next to it. You feel this particular hum; you don't hear it. Lastly, it heats up slightly, but in no case to the point of melting, let's say, cables that touch it. It also has an LCD screen with enough brightness that might bother someone who sleeps only in complete darkness.

I've had it for months because I have many power outages, it seems to work just fine. I have 2 monitors, 1 laptop, and a light bar connected. It lasts for a few minutes, I haven't experienced the battery running out
