Fytro Bizem fescue seeds are intended to create a dense lawn with fine foliage, suitable for areas subject to frequent use and close mowing. Festuca arundinacea recovers quickly after stress and has a deep root system, high resistance to trampling and drought, and high tolerance to light shade. It maintains good density in summer with proper watering and maintenance.
Sow in spring or autumn, in cool, active soil. For a new lawn, use 60 g/m²; the package covers approximately 16–17 m². Sow the seeds at a depth of about 5 mm and keep the surface consistently moist until germination.
