Gel Compress for Cold/Hot Therapy for the Shoulder

Shoulder ice pack with gel for recovery after surgeries, bruises on the shoulder, injuries. Relieves pain and fits perfectly, it's ambidextrous.

Made with double fabric, velvet on one side for direct contact with the skin without the use of a towel.

Usage:

  • Place the shoulder ice pack in the plastic bag and put it in the freezer for about 2 hours.
  • After removing it from the freezer, take out the plastic bag and start using it from the velvet side.
  • After 10-15 minutes, turn to the other (nylon) side if the velvet side is not cold enough.
  • The usual treatment lasts 20 minutes.
  • Place it on your shoulder and secure the ice pack with the adhesive straps around your chest and the second around your arm.
  • After use, place the shoulder ice pack back in the plastic bag to avoid stains and odors.
  • Put it in the freezer to be ready for the next use.

Supports maximum cooling temperature of -25° C.
