The pillow is neither high nor firm. It sinks too much and does not support the neck in any way. Attention - returns are not possible! Stay away from reviews like "amazing! I'll get one for my grandma too!" I should have realized they were too good to be true.

It simply improved my nights and relaxed my mornings! Very nice anatomical pillow, very durable, high-quality construction, nice hypoallergenic fabric, and the memory foam is just magical!! I no longer have headaches or pain in my neck and back; I wake up light without any stiffness. It's my mistake for not getting it earlier! It comes with a cover!!

It is made of memory foam, which has the expected behavior during use. The problem for me is the softness it presents. Although the pillow is considered firm, according to its description, it compresses much more than expected, resulting in the head not being aligned with the body, but tilting more downwards. This, at least for me, causes a problem, as sleep is not restful and I have to frequently change sides during sleep.

It was expensive and they made it even more expensive. The memory foam broke in a year. I wouldn't buy it again

Good pillow in general but I would say it is only for sleeping on your back. Personally, I sleep on my side and unfortunately it doesn't work for me, first because the firm one I got is very squishy so it feels like it's medium, also because it sinks a lot when you put your head on it, that's why it doesn't work on the side, it's very narrow so it has messed up my shoulders. What a shame. It should state that it only works for sleeping on your back.

The pillow doesn't smell like chemicals at all. It comes with a nice washable protective cover. It is a regular size, 40 by 60, and personally, it suits me very well. I can already see a difference in my sleep.

Being the owner of the Oliver pillow from the same company, I wanted to try the platinum one to see the difference. Same quality of construction with proper materials and durability without sagging after use. I would say it is firmer and taller than the Oliver, but still medium to firm and has all the properties of memory foam. I gave it to my son and he liked it better. But the 5 stars are from my son, he really liked it.

It is a bit strange the first night you sleep on it, but gradually you get used to it and it fits perfectly for me. I am around 185 cm tall and weigh 85 kg with average shoulders (you should know that the size of the shoulders matters), and it doesn't sag and supports the neck and head.
I can say that my sleep improves day by day and my snoring has decreased, and I wake up better in the morning.
Additionally, it is not as hard as cement, for example, but compared to other ones I have used, it is the hardest.
I would say it is currently satisfactory with a reasonable price.

Anyway, from the first day, the pillow sinks quite a bit, almost halfway, and it is definitely not firm. There are pillows with lower prices, do not trust reviews that seem to be automated.

UPDATE!: 15 days after the first use and the pillow sinks even more, like a boat in a storm with 10 Beaufort. 50€ in the trash...

I always used to buy a hard pillow because of my neck problem (C5 and C6). The problem was that whatever I bought, after a few months of use, the pillow would sink and cause pain again, and then I would have to buy another pillow. Essentially, it was a waste of money.

I was looking for a tall pillow. It is towards the firm side, I would say. The back and shoulder pains have stopped now.

I have been using memory foam & Latex pillows for years. From very expensive specialized ones to cheap ones. I can't say that I have been fully satisfied until now. I have been using this specific one for 25 days and it fits me very well in terms of height and sinking. I sleep on my back and on my side very calmly, comfortably, and without waking up in between, with a height of 1.75, weight of 105 kg with cervical and gastroesophageal reflux. It seems excellent. Only time will tell about its durability.
