After two years of operation (very good), suddenly it was working whenever it wanted and within 3 days it stopped working completely. I contacted the company where we were talking via email. I did everything they told me and even more, but nothing worked. They asked for my address and all my details and I sent them, because they informed me that the product was defective and they would replace it for me. After I sent them the details, we went through the process of repeating all the steps. I have no coverage for my house for 10 days and it should be noted that I have 7 sensors and a alarm pad from the same company. Finally, they informed me that they would give me a huge discount of 15% on their inflated prices to buy a new one! I "thanked" them for the inconvenience and removed everything! I wasted 500€ because the treatment was disgraceful! WARNING: after the warranty, the product may not work! I note that the doorbell was in a sheltered area and installed according to the manufacturer's instructions.

It works perfectly with the rest of the Eufy system, which is ESSENTIAL to have in order for the device to function, this means it is an add-on unit. The application is really good, I receive notifications immediately when someone appears in front of the door before they reach the doorbell (although I imagine this also has to do with the quality of each person's internet connection). The image quality is very good with great clarity (2K), but where it really impresses is in detection/capture in the dark. The battery really seems to be able to last for months without worrying, and when you see (through the application) that its level has dropped at some point, you recharge it with a very simple process. Finally, it is quite noticeable and elegant, so you don't feel ashamed to have it at your door, quite the opposite.

One of the best purchases I have made, easy installation with options to be placed flat/angled/with battery/power. It works perfectly with the rest of the Eufy system, which is ESSENTIAL to have in order for the device to function, this means it is an add-on unit. The application is really good, I receive notifications immediately when someone appears in front of the door before they reach the doorbell (although I imagine this also has to do with the quality of each person's internet connection). The image quality is very good with great clarity (2K), but where it really impresses is in detection/capture in the dark. The battery really seems to be able to last for months without worrying, and when you see (through the application) that its level has dropped at some point, you recharge it with a very simple process. Finally, it is quite noticeable and elegant, so you don't feel ashamed to have it at your door, quite the opposite.
Από τις καλύτερες αγορές που έχω κάνει, εύκολη τοποθέτηση με επιλογές να μπει flat/υπό γωνία/με μπαταρία/στο ρεύμα. Συνεργάζεται άψογα με το υπόλοιπο σύστημα της Eufy το οποίο είναι ΑΠΑΡΑΙΤΗΤΟ να έχετε για να λειτουργήσει η συσκευή, αυτό σημαίνει άλλωστε add-on unit. Η εφαρμογή είναι πραγματικά πολύ καλή, οι ειδοποιήσεις μου έρχονται άμεσα όταν εμφανιστεί κάποιος μπροστά στην πόρτα πριν φτάσει στο κουδούνι (φαντάζομαι όμως πως αυτό έχει να κάνει και με την ποιότητα της σύνδεσης στο ιντερνετ του κάθενα μας). Η ποιότητα εικόνας είναι πολύ καλή με μεγάλη ευκρίνεια (2Κ) αλλά εκεί που πραγματικά εντυπωσιάζει είναι στην ανίχνευση/λήψη στο σκοτάδι. Η μπαταρία του δείχνει πραγματικά να μπορεί να κρατήσει μήνες χωρίς να απασχοληθείς κι όταν κάποια στιγμή δεις (μέσα από την εφαρμογή) ότι έχει πέσει το επίπεδό της την επαναφορτίζεις με μια πολύ απλή διαδικασία. Τέλος, είναι αρκετά εμφανίσημο και κομψό κι έτσι δε ντρέπεσαι να το έχεις στην πόρτα σου, κάθε άλλο.
