    It's been a year. I sent it for warranty, and with daily use, it has already started to fall apart. The plastic sticker for changing speeds has disintegrated. One wheel on the base broke and got lost among the small parts. Also, the transparent part that holds the pole to the body broke within the first few months, and I glued it with instant glue. I'm waiting to see if they will replace all the broken parts. Other than that, it's decent for its price, but it should at least last two years. Quite powerful for its price. Previously, I had a Roidmi for €350 and a Bosch Unlimited. Unfortunately, if the base had been like Dyson or Roidmi, it wouldn't tangle the hair. Every week it needs cutting with scissors to remove all the hair.

    Huge disappointment from einhell. As soon as it touched a thin carpet, it turned off! Zero power. Fortunately, the company has helpful service that replaced it for me. Unfortunately, the second vacuum had exactly the same tragic performance, so it ended up being a refund. I wonder about the reviews, really. I would not recommend it to anyone.

    I have had it for two years and the reason I bought it was because the vacuum cleaner from the same company (Einhell TE-VC 18) was not strong enough and did not meet my needs. Unfortunately, this one does not meet my needs for the same reason either. If you want a powerful vacuum, I would not recommend it in any case. Another negative is the poor ergonomics of the on/off trigger of the vacuum. It is located where you hold the vacuum and is pressed quite easily, resulting in accidentally turning it off or on. With a 4ah battery, it lasts 20 minutes on high power. A positive is that it is lightweight and convenient because it does not have a cord.

    It's been a year. I sent it for warranty, and with daily use, it has already started to fall apart. The plastic sticker for changing speeds has disintegrated. One wheel on the base broke and got lost among the small parts. Also, the transparent part that holds the pole to the body broke within the first few months, and I glued it with instant glue. I'm waiting to see if they will replace all the broken parts. Other than that, it's decent for its price, but it should at least last two years. Quite powerful for its price. Previously, I had a Roidmi for €350 and a Bosch Unlimited. Unfortunately, if the base had been like Dyson or Roidmi, it wouldn't tangle the hair. Every week it needs cutting with scissors to remove all the hair.

    Huge disappointment from einhell. As soon as it touched a thin carpet, it turned off! Zero power. Fortunately, the company has helpful service that replaced it for me. Unfortunately, the second vacuum had exactly the same tragic performance, so it ended up being a refund. I wonder about the reviews, really. I would not recommend it to anyone.

    I have had it for two years and the reason I bought it was because the vacuum cleaner from the same company (Einhell TE-VC 18) was not strong enough and did not meet my needs. Unfortunately, this one does not meet my needs for the same reason either. If you want a powerful vacuum, I would not recommend it in any case. Another negative is the poor ergonomics of the on/off trigger of the vacuum. It is located where you hold the vacuum and is pressed quite easily, resulting in accidentally turning it off or on. With a 4ah battery, it lasts 20 minutes on high power. A positive is that it is lightweight and convenient because it does not have a cord.
