Cinnamon essential oil is derived from the leaves and branches of the plant scientifically named Cinnamomum zeylanicum through the steam distillation process. It has a strong, characteristic fragrance.

Safe use: Do not apply essential oils directly to the body. Use a carrier oil such as almond oil, jojoba oil, etc., and add in a ratio of 10ml (carrier oil) to up to 5 drops of essential oil. All essential oils are quite irritating to the skin and should be avoided by pregnant women and children under 5 years old, while individuals with heart conditions and hypertension should use them with caution and medical advice.
Avoid sun exposure for 12 hours after using any citrus essential oil, as they can cause skin irritations and photosensitivity.
Store in a dry and cool place. Keep out of reach of children.
