These are not normal supports, like the ones we are used to, and they have nothing to do with the picture. They do not have the correct diameter, they do not wedge in, and it is unsafe to assume they will stay in place if we use them. I could not use any of them, because they do not fit well in the hole, nor do they keep the shelf level, while a permanent protrusion behind the "shovel" makes them dangerous for damaging the wood if they turn. Also, many were half pieces as if broken, some had strange shapes, and some were defective (see photo), meaning there were various pieces of metal in the bag besides the others.
