Although I was a beginner, I managed to achieve excellent hatching results with the Kyknos incubator. I faithfully followed the product instructions, keeping the temperature at 37.8°C as recommended, and not at 37.5°C as mentioned by other users, since the lower temperature does not ensure proper embryo development. With the proper guidance from the responsible staff and the very detailed user instructions, and with humidity ranging between 75–85%, the result was impressive: out of 26 eggs, 23 hatched.
A decisive factor was that the machine had two automatic water trays for maintaining humidity (unlike other sellers that provide only one), as well as the built-in humidifier, which significantly helped to soften the shells adequately and facilitate hatching.
Finally, I would like to thank the Skroutz team for the prompt service and delivery of my package.

My experience with this particular incubator was disappointing.
Significant instability in operating temperature was observed, with drops down to 36.3–36.4°C for several hours, despite the fact that the room temperature was stable (22–24°C). This indicates that the device cannot maintain the required incubation conditions.
During incubation, the eggs initially showed normal development, however the process ended in failure, as only one hatched. This result is far from expected and confirms that the device does not perform as advertised.
Based on my experience, the product is not reliable for its intended use.

In two attempts that I made....the first with 25 quail eggs...the second with 21 Australorp chicken eggs, which I bought from Dias farm...I managed to get 1 quail...I changed 3 incubators...obviously I did something wrong, because I lost many birds inside their eggs...I have experience, as with a simple Cleo 5d type, I had successes, close to 80%

The order was placed on the 2nd day of Christmas. The next day, the store owner contacted us by phone to assist us with a detailed video for our first hatching. I admit I didn't expect the package to arrive so quickly, and since it will be our first time hatching on our own, we are happy that they offered help at any time. Now we can't wait for spring to arrive.

After most positive reviews from the buying public for this specific product, I decided to purchase this specific incubator. It did not give me any difficulty in its use. It is quite functional, simple, and quiet. We put duck eggs with my son and out of the 9 eggs, 7 hatched, which I did not expect and surely this had to do with the use of the incubator. We did not leave it without water and we made sure the temperature ranged from 37.7 to 37.8. Also, what impressed me in such a small incubator was that it had so many functional tools. An egg candler on the lid. Terminals in case of a power outage to connect it to a battery. A vaporizer where we could increase the humidity indication externally from the thermostat button and it produced steam inside. Automatic programs for 4 types of birds and a feeder-waterer, and a motor as a gift from the merchant's store. I will start it again in a few days with quail eggs.

I was swayed by the previous reviews and bought this egg incubator. The first time it hatched 7 out of 21 eggs, three of which were problematic and then died shortly after (the problematic ones). I tried again with 21 eggs and the second time only 2 hatched. I wasted my money. From the same eggs, the incubator hatched 11 out of 12 eggs.

I finally found an incubator machine that quickly and accurately maintains the temperature and humidity in the chamber with digital indicators. The vaporizer is incredibly helpful for creating humidity. The best value for money.

An automatic incubator with digital indicators. Egg turning is done automatically every two hours and the included steamer in the machine helps me a lot in regulating humidity through the thermostat, without having to open the incubator to spray the eggs.

First time I put eggs and it's my first machine, I am very satisfied because as a beginner I managed to do it, the instructions from the videos uploaded by the seller are informative and also when I spoke to them they answered all my questions, I put 17 eggs, 6 were infertile, out of the 11, two chicks died inside the egg and couldn't hatch (I also uploaded a photo of them) and one chick died on the second day, so to summarize, 11 fertile eggs, 11 chicks

Very good machine. Fully functional and efficient. Excellent service and by phone. My questions were resolved as I am a beginner. The videos are also very helpful. Its Watts are sufficient if you have it in a closed space. It quickly increases humidity and temperature levels.
