Purchase 29/01/2025. First of all, the entire pot is not inox 18/10. It states inox 18/10 ONLY for the top part; all the rest is metallic and magnetizes (a magnet does NOT stick to inox 18/10). This means the bottom part and all the filters are something other than 18/10, so they require attention for corrosion/rust. The design is beautiful, and it is not a very large pot. On the top part, at the bottom inside, there is a groove around (photo) which I do not know what it serves, but it makes cleaning difficult and drying is impossible (I tried with a cotton swab but nothing). Now regarding the coffee. Before the first use, I washed it with plain water and made one use without coffee inside, just with water and a little white vinegar. Although the instructions say to throw away the first three coffees, I did not do that. I tried with Coffee Island single-origin Kenya ground for pot coffee, from the store, and then I made the coffee. I filled the water up to just below the valve. I added 26 grams of coffee. I made a freddo espresso, and the result was amazing (it came out about triple the freddo espresso from a café). I did not expect such a flavorful coffee to come out for the first time. The amount of water it produced was little. About 150ml. I will do more tests with weighing to see the ratio. It does not produce any crema, but I only drink freddo espresso and hot cappuccino, so it does not bother me. As for its durability over time, it will show, but it is definitely healthier than the aluminum Brikka I had before, which had corroded aluminum (due to my own fault).

Very good coffee pot with top-notch build quality. The entire upper part is stainless steel, and the exterior of the lower part is also stainless. The bottom is quite heavy, and the interior has a gray metallic material that has been sandblasted. It makes very good coffee as long as the boiling is done over relatively low heat. I use it on a gas stove with a medium flame. It takes longer for all the water to come out compared to the small coffee pot I had previously, but we are talking about double to triple the amount of water. I got the 6 cups, and it yields about 2 cups of espresso coffee as we drink it diluted (a total of about 150+150ml)
