Family Law presents, in its application to everyday life, a variety of problems, as can be seen not only from case law but also from media reports and individual personal experience. From this perspective, it is prudent, alongside theoretical analysis, to address practical problems that provide an opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge, as well as to reflect on the correctness, completeness, or practicality of legislative solutions. This work is based on this reasoning. Of course, there are many problems, and it is not possible to present all or even the majority of them here. However, an effort has been made to indicate, through responses, the appropriate method for addressing (and) other issues. Many responses mention that further analysis is needed—based on theoretical knowledge. This provides the student with the flexibility (or motivation) for independent action and, as much as possible, autonomous thinking. Furthermore, it is generally known that there is usually not only one solution to each problem—not even a single correct solution (as demonstrated by the case law of our Supreme Courts and the Supreme Special Court). See also the responses in Minutes No. 33 and 103.
