    It is a glow primer. It leaves the skin dewy and gives a very beautiful glow. I do not recommend it on its own, but under a matte foundation, it provides a subtle glow without being excessive and counteracts the dryness caused by a very matte foundation. An ideal combination for oily skin that wants long-lasting results without looking like they're wearing a mask. With a more hydrating/dewy finish foundation, it may not have the same effect
