For those of you who engage in balance sports, the SCK serf style balance board is very useful and beneficial. It is intended for experienced users and improves coordination. It is an amazing way to strengthen and an alternative means of exercising the whole body.

When standing on it, you work the muscles of the lower body, while you can also exercise the upper body by performing exercises such as push ups and plank.

Additionally, it allows you to practice your balance and technique outside the water. The board is lightweight and can be easily transported, as it weighs only 2Kg.

    Very nice quality and excellent finish. It is not mentioned in the description on Scroutz that it is advanced, if your core is not trained you cannot climb it at all. The issue is slightly improved if you put a yoga mat underneath. If you are a beginner, ideally you should get the corresponding one from the company that has stops on the edges of the board and is not curved. If you get used to it, it is one of the most beautiful and fun ways to exercise at home.
