It appears to be quite high-quality and well-designed in order to be functional. This device achieves low oil consumption compared to similar ones on the market, which is why I preferred it. This is because the basket and the pot have a fixed width (18cm and 16cm, respectively) from top to bottom. The result is that with one liter of oil, it can fry twice the amount of potatoes compared to closed fryers with a one-liter capacity. It also has the advantage of its large height (15cm), which means it can fry from one serving up to four, depending on the amount of oil we use. Another positive aspect is that it doesn't splatter even a drop outside. Even when frying with the lid on, there are no issues. It is entirely stainless steel and the handles do not heat up. It can be washed in the dishwasher, but I prefer to clean it by hand because it is very easy to clean (the non-stick coating is still new). I am very satisfied with my purchase and I hope it withstands the test of time.

Αυτό το σκεύος πετυχαίνει μικρή κατανάλωση λαδιού σε σχέση με τα παρόμοια που κυκλοφορούν, γι αυτό και το προτίμησα. Αυτό συμβαίνει γιατί έχει σταθερό πλάτος ο κάδος (18cm) και το καλάθι (16cm), από την κορυφή μέχρι τον πάτο. Το αποτέλεσμα είναι, με ένα λίτρο λαδιού να τηγανίζει διπλάσια ποσότητα πατάτες από τις κλειστές φριτέζες του ενός λίτρου. Έχει επίσης το πλεονέκτημα του μεγάλου ύψους (15cm), που σημαίνει ότι μπορεί να τηγανίσει από μια μερίδα έως τέσσερεις ανάλογα με την ποσότητα λαδιού που θα βάλουμε. Ένα άλλο θετικό είναι ότι δεν πιτσιλάει έξω ούτε σταγόνα. Ακόμα και σε τηγάνισμα με το καπάκι δεν δημιουργείται κανένα πρόβλημα. Είναι εξ ολοκλήρου ανοξείδωτη και οι λαβές δεν θερμαίνονται. Πλένεται στο πλυντήριο πιάτων αλλά την κάνω στο χέρι γιατί καθαρίζει πολύ εύκολα (είναι βέβαια καινούργια η αντικολλητική επίστρωση). Εμένα με βόλεψε πολύ η αγορά της και ελπίζω να αντέξει στον χρόνο.
