Yes, it smells because of the chamomile. And you can smell it too when you drink it, and the baby, and its excretions. Those who like pastirma know the smell.
In our case, with a colicky baby from the 15th day, when I tried the tea in the second month (after BioGaia and Infacolic didn't do the expected job), I saw a big difference. The pains now are difficult with gas. Quite difficult, but nothing compared to the crying we had, to the point where he couldn't eat for an hour. I follow the instructions for use, though.
I have already bought 2 packages, and I will continue to take it until the colic is completely gone. I don't know if the increase in milk production is enough, but there is a slight increase.

Edit 27/09/22
The baby (almost) 4 months old and I took a break from the tea (forced, I have ordered again).
He struggles a bit, but now he rarely hurts and without it. I will continue to drink it, as I slowly want to start eating what I haven't been able to eat because of his colic (legumes and greens, I have been getting by with goat's milk and alternative dairy products). Because in trials with legumes, he was in quite a bit of pain.

Edit 24/02/23
I stopped the tea around December, as the baby had started eating fruit cream. I saw a decrease in milk production, but it didn't bother us much. Of course, I recommend it!

Very intense flavor. With sweating, the armpits smell excessively (not a sweat smell but a bad strange smell that resembles cumin... curry, I don't know how to describe it). Personally, it didn't help me at all with breastfeeding, even though I consumed 3 sachets per day.

A friend who used this tea recommended it to me and it helped her as well as her relatives, also without facing any issue with the smell that I read about in several comments. For me, I noticed a smell mainly in my urine, fortunately not in the baby, and of course I stopped using it. Apparently, every body reacts to it differently

29/8: Hesitantly, I give 4 stars and will return... today is the first day... for now, I will refer to the taste... indifferent! Neither good... nor bad... just fine! I will return with more information. I should mention that my breast milk has started to decrease, meaning the child is missing almost one meal from me and I am forced to give formula.
30/8: I started the tea last night, today at noon I drank the third one. So far, no difference. For now, just disappointment...
19/9: I stopped the tea for about a week, honestly, the smell that comes from the sweat is unbearable....... but I noticed a reduction in milk again. So I started it again today, morning, noon, and night, and from producing 80ml, today I got 120. BUT with a lot of boost 20-10-10-10-10 and 20-minute pumpings with the breast pump after each breastfeeding. It works with the right effort...

For women who want to breastfeed exclusively, it is ideal. Apart from helping with production, it indirectly makes you drink water because you drink 3 cups a day from these sachets. The substances also calm the baby and help it sleep during breastfeeding. Finally, it becomes a pleasant habit and helps you cut down on coffee. I always had it in my bag and drank it even when I was out. I note that I drank it nonstop for 7 months. Afterwards, I reduced it because I got bored, for no other reason.

During my period, I had a significant decrease in my production, and I can say after many boxes that I saw a quite satisfactory increase. Of course, it doesn't perform miracles, and many factors contribute to our production, but it helped and still helps a lot. I definitely recommend it. Also, the smell of my sweat didn't become noticeably bad, and the baby doesn't smell at all

From the very first tea, it increased my milk production! Following the instructions, with three teas a day I had enough production... so much that I didn't want it when I reduced it to two a day! My baby had some pain (like colic) that subsided after consuming the tea.. generally, I have only good things to say! Neither the sweat nor the baby smells at all (since some others mention it) and personally, it helped me a lot. I would definitely recommend it to a friend who is breastfeeding!

I returned after using 4 boxes. I still have a positive opinion about the tea but ultimately the sweat smells like curry... fortunately, the baby does not!

I didn't smell it at all, on the contrary, I enjoyed drinking it plain. Our baby had a lot of colic, but I can't say if it was affected by the tea because there was very little breast milk consumed, due to reduced production. The thing is, I didn't see it working for increasing milk, at least until I finished the first package (I didn't buy another). Maybe I'll give it another chance later..

terrible smell! The taste is bearable, but generally I drink and have drunk countless tea beverages so I might be more tolerant. The armpits still smell even with one sachet a day... I didn't see any crazy difference in milk production. Nor with colic.. I don't think I would take it again..

For tea and herb lovers, it is a pleasant drink. I was expecting something much worse based on the reviews. It helps with milk production to a satisfactory extent, but of course, it is still just a tea and cannot work miracles. As for the smell, it is indeed much stronger in sweat, but that is something that naturally occurs, especially in the first few months due to hormones. The packaging is also very user-friendly, with its easy opening in the box!

I believe that it did indeed increase milk production and it is cost-effective compared to other similar products. However, I gave it three stars because I drank it 3-4 times and then stopped. It contains musk (the same thing they put in pastrami), which has such a strong smell that I could smell it in my urine and sweat. The same goes for the baby. It's a shame

  • Excellent product! I didn't expect anything less from this company.
We were on a trip for 2 days and didn't drink this tea, and the baby suffered from colic. I drink 4 sachets/day sometimes and 5 because I really like the taste and I see that it helps him a lot.
I also use the oil for colic and massage his belly. Finally, we sleep at night!
The only negative thing is that it smells a lot of sweat.

I didn't know about it with my first child, but it helped me a lot with the second child on days when I felt like "I haven't pumped so much milk today". Very good helper, especially when I needed to pump continuously (6 times a day) with a hospital-grade breast pump because the child was hospitalized with a fever.

It worked for me, I saw an increase in milk production since I started drinking it regularly. The taste is pleasant, anise prevails. It does leave a scent in bodily secretions, but it's not particularly bothersome for me.

I got it almost from the beginning of breastfeeding to increase production and I think it helped! I didn't have good production and I tried this and beer yeast and with a lot of persistence, I managed to exclusively breastfeed! (Now even without them) I usually made 2 sachets in about 1 liter of water and drank it all day. The taste for me is fine, of course, I generally like herbs. The sweat does smell like the drink, but weighing the positives, I overlook it...

My wife did not notice any difference in breastfeeding, there was no increase in production. We also read in lactancia that fennel, which the product contains, is not recommended for breastfeeding. Finally, a major negative is that when you consume the tea, you start to acquire its smell, for example when you sweat

Following the guideline of 3 teas per day, I believe it does the job in production. Its taste is just okay, nothing special but at least it's not bitter. Indeed, as other girls have mentioned, sweat takes on the smell of the tea, but okay, let's not want everything to be ours.

Second pregnancy. I must say that I didn't drink tea normally, I put two tea bags in a large bottle of water and drank it like that throughout the day (that's how my gynecologist recommended me to drink it) for someone who didn't have milk in either the first or second pregnancy... With this drink and with perseverance not to give anything foreign to the baby, we managed and she exclusively breastfeeds.

Pleasant taste and relaxing for the stomach, promoting baby's sleep. There is a relative increase in production for those who exclusively breastfeed and pump. It does have a slight odor, possibly hormonal.

I loved this tea. In a leaflet that my midwife brought me, it said instructions on how we can put a sachet in 700ml of boiled water and drink it all day... It doesn't say that on the box. The important thing is that with 1 sachet a day, body fluids don't smell as mentioned before. Only 5 minutes is enough, more ruins the taste. Personally, I saw a difference in milk production because when I stopped it for a while, I saw my baby being fussy and less milk in the breast pump, but when I started again, it returned. I have bought it 5 times and will order it again.

Personally, I liked it, despite the many negative comments about the taste. Maybe because I generally like herbs and curry. I didn't see a significant difference in milk production, but I didn't consume the recommended amount. However, I did notice a difference in my baby's colic, and for that reason alone, I would buy it. Colic is a very important problem, and anything that helps alleviate it is valuable to me. I think it is a pleasant, relaxing drink, no matter what. As for fenugreek, according to what I read on lactancia, it is considered low risk under certain conditions. I don't understand the related panic.

  • They presented it to me as extremely unpleasant in taste due to the chamomile, something that I did not see at all. It is a tea of mild flavor. I cannot say that it increased my production, but generally, no galactagogue helped me much. Of course, it takes a lot of time for the results to show.

It is a fact that the use of this specific product increased my milk production, and this helped me to exclusively breastfeed, which was extremely important for me.

terrible smell! The taste is bearable, but generally I drink and have drunk countless tea beverages so I might be more tolerant. The armpits still smell even with one sachet a day... I didn't see any crazy difference in milk production. Nor with colic.. I don't think I would take it again..

It works wonders for colic!! My baby became a different child since the day I started drinking it! I might actually smell like curry, but it's worth it!!! It also increases milk supply!

Minus one star due to its high price and slightly bitter taste. Other than that, it's great! It does what it promises.

Good, but you smell a lot of sweat and also I have the impression that when I gave it to the baby, he had a lot of diarrhea for a few days.

It has a nice taste, now as for the sweat in the second box I bought, I seemed to notice a difference in sweat but nothing tragic. It's worth the money.

Great for the job it needs to do. The taste seems fine. This with the sweat is true but it doesn't matter we can't have it all to ourselves.

  • I have no opinion on whether it increases milk, maybe it does. It smells a little bad, but taste-wise it's fine.

I have been drinking it since the first day of breastfeeding. I didn't have any issues with milk production and the baby didn't have colic. I don't know if it's a coincidence or if this drink actually helped

  • A friend who used this tea recommended it to me and it helped her as well as her relatives, also without facing any issue with the smell that I read about in several comments. For me, I noticed a smell mainly in my urine, fortunately not in the baby, and of course I stopped using it. Apparently, every body reacts to it differently

  • 29/8: Hesitantly, I give 4 stars and will return... today is the first day... for now, I will refer to the taste... indifferent!

  • It helped me with milk production but I also noticed, like other women, a smell on my body on the days I was drinking it.

  • For women who want to breastfeed exclusively, it is ideal.

  • During my period, I had a significant decrease in my production, and I can say after many boxes that I saw a quite satisfactory increase. Of course, it doesn't perform miracles, and many factors contribute to our production, but it helped and still helps a lot. I definitely recommend it. Also, the smell of my sweat didn't become noticeably bad, and the baby doesn't smell at all
