Tight Regular Loose
I wear it almost every day at work, it is comfortable and very durable, if it breaks I will buy the same one again.

After a year of daily and demanding use, I have to say the following. It is an excellent shoe; after use at work, walking, etc., the shoe has started to break down, but it still holds up, and I keep it for the gym. Before I got it, I knew that adidas was having some trouble with the soles of their shoes, which deteriorate very quickly, and then the heel starts hitting the sole, and those annoying little squares make it feel like you're walking on knives, so I recommend getting your own insoles to have. As a result of this, I give it one star, but otherwise, it is a durable shoe that is worth the money.
Μετά από έναν χρόνο καθημερινής και απαιτητικής χρήσης έχω να πω τα εξής. Είναι εξαιρετικό παπούτσι, μετά από χρήση σε δουλειά, βόλτα κλπ το παπούτσι έχει αρχίσει και διαλύεται αλλά ακόμα αντέχει και το κρατάω για το γυμναστήριο. Πριν το πάρω ήξερα ότι πλέον η adidas τραβαει κάποιο ζόρι με τους πατους των παπουτσιών της οι οποίοι καταστρέφονται πολύ γρήγορα και μετά αρχίζει η φτέρνα να βαράει την σόλα και αυτά τα σπαστικα τετραγωνάκια και είναι σαν να περπατάς σε μαχαίρια, οπότε σας προτείνω να πάρετε πατους δικούς σας να έχετε. Ως αποτέλεσμα αυτου βγάζω ένα αστέρι αλλά κατά τα άλλα είναι παπούτσι αντοχής που αξίζει τα λεφτά του.
I can't keep these shoes on for more than 1 hour, they are very tight and hit the heel. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Αυτά τα παπούτσια δεν μπορώ να τα κρατήσω πάνω από 1 ώρα στο πόδι είναι πολύ στενά και χτυπάνε την φτέρνα. Δεν θα τα πρότεινα σε κανέναν.
