The Jonsbo HX6250 active CPU cooler features a single-tower design and six 6 mm copper heat pipes. The copper-to-copper pipe soldering process and copper base help transfer heat, while the graphene coating is part of its construction.

The 140 mm PWM fan operates at 700–1800 rpm, delivering airflow of 34.57–90.2 CFM and static pressure of up to 2.74 mm H₂O. The cooler’s design leaves the memory slots unobstructed, and Thermal Grizzly Hydronaut thermal paste is included.
