Excellent balm. It removes foundation (Estée Lauder Double Wear) very easily and is also very effective on lashes (Lancôme Lash Idole), though you need to insist a bit more there. It is not greasy at all.

I read the reviews and i’m not sure why are people giving it lower stars just because you still need to use a cleanser after this. Obviously you need the cleanser to remove the oil product anyways, not just water. Double cleansing is necessary no matter what. I cleanse my face with this balm and then I wash it. I love it. It lasts me for more than 6months. No scent, no irritation. Buying it now for the second time

I really wonder about the incredibly good reviews. It is not worth the money at all, it doesn't even remove makeup, you definitely need a cleanser otherwise you stay with makeup on. What can I say... pure disappointment.

Because I read various things in the comments, this particular product has a specific way to be used: you take an amount and spread it everywhere, essentially massaging it into the skin. Once it is spread everywhere, you need water so it turns into a milky texture. When this happens, it melts everything and with the pompom it cleans perfectly, without even much rubbing!

Clearly the best makeup remover product on the market! I have tried other similar products from other companies that are cheaper, but none compare to this! I have already bought it 3 times and will buy it again and again… relatively expensive but lasts a long time because you need a small amount to remove even the heaviest makeup!!!

Wonderful! The Clinique saleswoman gave me a sample, and as soon as I tried it, I immediately ordered the large size. It is a balm that turns into oil and easily and effectively removes all makeup. In the past few months, I have developed acne and it was very difficult to find products compatible with the ones recommended by my dermatologist. Additionally, in order to cover up the pimples, I started wearing makeup more frequently and heavily. The micellar water was causing irritation on the acne-prone areas, and the salicylic acid from my soap was causing dryness, making it even more challenging.

I tried the cleansing balm and since then, I haven't looked back. It removes everything without irritating my skin, and the white towel remains white after wiping off the product. Then, I use the dermatologist-recommended soap with active ingredients and the moisturizer, and my skin is great.

I highly recommend it because it does not leave any greasiness, so it does not seem to affect other treatments or the next steps in my skincare routine, and it cleanses wonderfully.

Perfect makeup remover! I realized the importance of double cleansing for even better skin cleansing. I haven't tried a similar product from another company, however I was satisfied with this one! Bad smell but it's worth it! I really saw an amazing difference in my face regarding oiliness, pores, and the overall appearance of my skin!

Good balm, worth it. It is good for makeup removal, but its smell is just awful! It smells heavily oily. Luckily, it is a product that you can rinse off.

It does a very good job at removing makeup. It even melts waterproof makeup with a small amount. However, the same thing can be done with the elf balm for half the price!! I dare to say it might even be better! Trust me... try it!!
For those who don't know how to use balms:
On dry skin, apply a small amount of the balm and massage it into our hands to spread it evenly. Then, massage it onto our face until we look like crying clowns. After that, wet our fingers with a little water and massage our face again, and then rinse it off with water!

It does a very good job at removing makeup. I rub a small amount on my face and then wipe my face with a damp soft towel. Then I definitely wash with a cleanser. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because even though it doesn't sting my eyes during the cleansing process, my eyes constantly tear up afterwards. I have tried every method. Only if I wipe my eyes with micellar water, it completely goes away from my eyes

I have really enjoyed it... It is one of the best makeup removers in balm form. A small amount is required to remove your makeup. It cleans the eyes very nicely... but if it comes into contact with the inner part of the eyes for a minute or two, you will see them a bit blurry... so be careful, girls, with your eyes! Very good product, you need a very small amount (like a pea) on wet face, massaging and then rinsing it with water while continuing the massage. I usually use it when I want to remove makeup and not as a facial cleanser.

Effective, but also extremely gentle cleanser.. I have used several facial cleansers like I believe all of us, but with all of them, I needed to repeat the process twice for sure because they always left residues.. especially under the eyes, that black pencil that doesn't come off easily with the first try.. with this product, you put a little on your hand, rub it, it melts and becomes oily, you massage it for one, two minutes around the eyes everywhere and that's it... No need to struggle, bam bam perfectly clean face without residues and without any trace of makeup products on your face.. it is fragrance-free and doesn't irritate at all, also the eyes.
In short, it is wonderful. The only drawbacks I would say are its price, but it's worth it!
