A pharmacist recommended it to me when I described how serious the cramping problem I had was due to very heavy work under the sun. Not only did I regain my sleep and health, but even if I forget to take it for a couple of days and happen to get a cramp again, as soon as I swallow the pill, it goes away and I sleep comfortably. I have already consumed many boxes, so I have a complete picture of their effectiveness. One or two pills a day is enough for me not to have any cramps at all (definitely one half an hour before I sleep). The taste it leaves when you start digesting it is not bad like other pills; it's just a bit noticeable the first few times, but then the body gets used to it, and if you've eaten, you don't notice it at all. I haven't noticed any side effects; on the contrary, I feel better.
And bananas help a lot with cramps, but this one does a much better job.
P.S. I tried Solgar's Magnesium Chelate and went back to this one from Quest. It didn't help with cramps as well as this one. With Solgar, you need 4 a day, and they are huge, and the other downside was that they had side effects like feeling relaxed, etc. With Quest, I have not a single negative thing to say, only positives!
Dosage: One and a half to one hour before you sleep is just right. If you have a serious issue with cramps (terrible pain, etc.) and see that it doesn't cover you 100% but there are still a few small cramps left, then on that day take two (one after lunch, one after dinner). In 98% of cases, one covers me for a full 24 hours. Now I always carry at least 2-3 just in case and 2 jars in the pharmacy for sure. It would be good to stop taking them for a while if you see you don't need them, although I haven't noticed any issues even with months of daily use.

Έχω δοκιμάσει όλα τα διαθέσιμα μαγνήσια στην αγορά και μπορω να πω πλέον οτι αυτό είναι το καλύτερο που έχω δοκιμάσει. Με βοηθάει πολύ με το ΠΜΣ και έχει βελτιώσει αισθητά τον ύπνο μου.
