For the money it is very good. I use them on work shorts as well as normal shorts I wear during the day. The belt is good for both of these. It looks like it is much more valuable than the price and I think it feels solid. Belt itself is not too wide so it fits ok on normal shorts as well as work shorts.
I bought it to hang toolboxes from my waist, so that my pants wouldn't hang from the weight. It works perfectly for this job. It opens and closes easily, holds securely, and doesn't need to be tightened every time I wear it. It doesn't come loose on its own.
The clasp is made of thick aluminum (it is non-magnetic), the buckles are made of steel, and the strap is made of nylon or PVC. The adhesive sticks relatively well on it (I added some scratches to prevent the toolboxes from shifting).
Obviously, it can also be used for a belt, although I don't use it for that purpose.
It seems very durable, but I can't judge for sure yet because I've only had it for 2 weeks. I use it every day and overall it doesn't seem to wear out. The only thing that has already started to wear out is the black color on the metal parts. I predict that within half a year, a significant amount of color will have peeled off and only the bare aluminum will remain. Aluminum, of course, doesn't need it because unlike steel, it can't rust, but from an aesthetic point of view, someone may not find it nice to wear a partially peeled clasp. But this is not solely a problem of this particular product, but of all painted metals in general. There is no paint that doesn't peel off metal.
EDIT 5.7.2023: Almost a year has passed. I use the belt almost daily, and it shows no signs of wear. Even the peeling of the color on the clasp was minimal.
