Description

The Sika MonoTop®-723 Finished is a 1-component, ready-to-use, fiber-reinforced, polymer-modified, cementitious mortar for the protection, finishing, and leveling of concrete. It is suitable for:

  • Protection (as a cementitious coating), leveling, sealing of porous areas, and covering concrete repairs
  • Leveling/finishing mortar before applying a protective coating system
  • Repairs of small depth defects (pores, nests, voids, etc.)
  • Overlaying reinforcement work with Sika® Carbodur® and SikaWrap® systems
  • Application by hand (trowel) or spray

Advantages:

  • Protective concrete coating according to EN 1504-2
  • Repair mortar class R3 according to EN 1504-3
  • For application thicknesses between 1 mm and 5 mm per layer
  • Notable shrinkage compensation
  • Excellent workability and smooth finish
  • Applied by hand or by liquid spray
  • Excellent adhesion to various substrates, such as cementitious mortars, concrete, and masonry
  • High vapor permeability, particularly good diffusion of water vapor
  • Low modulus of elasticity, not a rigid mortar
  • Compatible for overlaying with Sika® protective coating systems
