Δεν αξιζει οσο περνάει ο καιρός γίνεται χρειροτερη και πιο πικρή... Δεν αξιζει να την πάρετε. Να δώσετε 10-15 ευρώ παραπάνω να πάρετε μια πολυ καλυτερη, αυτη, ουτε για πλακα!! Αλλα οπως και να έχει κάνει δουλειά. Δηλαδή δινει λιγο όγκο....
Very good solubility and very good taste the chocolate I bought. I have tried so far Myprotein, ON (Optimum Nutrition), and Biotech USA. BY FAR Biotech excels in both taste and solubility compared to the others. It is the only one that dissolves in milk as well as water and it's like drinking milk with cocoa!
Πολυ καλή διαλυτότητα και πολυ καλή γεύση η σοκολάτα που πήρα. Έχω δοκιμάσει μεχρι στιγμης Myprotein, ON (Optimum Nutrition) και Biotech USA. ΜΕ ΔΙΑΦΟΡΑ η Biotech υπερέχει απο τις αλλες τοσο σε γεύση όσο και σε διαλυτότητα. Είναι η μόνη που διαλύεται και σε γάλα πέρα απο νερό και ειναι λες και πίνεις γάλα με κακάο !
I can say that it is a very good choice even though I haven't bought many since it is the second one I buy. It helps you quite a bit, it has fast results and from what I see, it may not dissolve perfectly, I mean that there are some powder residues in the blender that have not fully dissolved, but you don't lose anything substantial. The consumption is pleasant and I mix it with milk, so it's like drinking chocolate milk! I would recommend it because it is also 13 euros for 1000g, so even if someone chooses it as a trial and sees that it doesn't suit them, they don't lose anything.
Μπορώ να πω ότι είναι μια πολύ καλή επιλογή αν και δεν έχω πάρει πολλες μιας και είναι η δεύτερη που αγοράζω . Σε βοηθάει αρκετά έχει γρήγορα αποτελέσματα και αποτι βλέπω,μπορεί να μην διαλύεται τέλεια εννοώ ότι μένουνε μερικες σκόνες στο μπλέντερ που δεν έχουνε διαλυθεί φουλ αλλά δεν χάνεις κάτι ουσιαστικό. Η κατάποση είναι ευχάριστη και την αναμειγνυω με γάλα οπότε είναι σαν να πίνεις σοκολατουχο γάλα! Θα την πρότεινα γτ είναι και 13 ευρώ για 1000g οπότε και δοκιμαστικά να την επιλεξει κάποιος και να δει ότι δεν του κανει δεν χάνει κάτι ..
I do not rely on proteins for taste or solubility, but this particular one I put in a blender and it became a milkshake. The strawberry flavor is very good and as a supplement, I did not have any side effects. As for muscle volume, in the two weeks that I have been using it, I have seen very good results. Δεν στηριζομαι στις πρωτεινες σαν γευση η ως διαλυτοτητα αλλα τη συγκεκριμενη την εβαζα σε μπλεντερ κ γινοταν μιλκσεικ.Πολυ καλη γευση η φραουλα κ σαν συμπληρωμα δεν ειχα καμια παρενεργεια.Οσο για μυικο ογκο,δυο εβδομαδες που την χρησιμοποιω εχω δει πολυ καλα αποτελεσματα.Και μην ξεχναμε οτι η biotech ειναι μια πολυ καλη εταιρια συμπληρωματων που την χρησιμοποιω τακτικα σε διαφορα προιοντα.
