Initially, it came with 4 brand new sealed batteries that do not work, showing the indication "Lo" and the scale does not work. It is not worth returning the scale or asking for new batteries from the store. I had to buy and use my own, despite the expensive price I paid.

Furthermore, the build quality is mediocre. In the pictures, it looks like a solid construction, premium like a Xiaomi product with polished plastics, etc. No, it is not such a construction. It is the typical mediocre plastic of a regular scale.

Now, on the positive side, it has a nice convenient size that does not take up much space, it fits in the kitchen drawer. However, this positive aspect can become negative when you try to weigh large and heavy objects, as the small surface does not allow you to place something huge on it. I use it to weigh my cat's food and it serves its purpose. For heavier kitchen items (a cake, a dessert, etc.) where accuracy is not a major concern, I have a second larger scale that is not comparable in terms of result accuracy to this scale.

It comes with a 200g weight in the package to calibrate the device and show accurate weighing. And yes, tested with a 1 cent coin, it shows 2.3 as it should be. So, it works correctly at 0.1g.

But is it worth the €30.90 that I bought it for? Definitely not. Here, you can find precision scales that weigh at 0.01g and cost one-third of the price. It would be worth it if it cost a maximum of €18. But you are also paying for the German brand (Beurer), let's not forget that.

For the above reasons, I give it 3 stars.
