When using 20mm spacers with the System 7, it is essential to check in advance if the screws protrude less than 20mm. In this case, the screws should be replaced with suitable, smaller ones (please follow the installation instructions!).
General notes regarding spacers: Eibach spacers are designed based on standard wheels. If aftermarket or limited edition wheels are used, especially those with screws permanently attached to the axle (screw wheels), it is crucial to verify that the wheels meet the required technical specifications. In the case of modifications made to the vehicle or additional equipment (this also applies to original products optionally offered by the vehicle manufacturer!), such as an enhanced braking system, installation of wheels on a central hole, sports suspension, LPG installation, etc. – it is likely that the installation of our products may not be feasible. We would like to inform you that the larger the wheel size, the more sensitive the steering system will react after the installation of spacers (e.g., through vibrations) in case of incorrect wheel balancing.
Spacers should be installed manually - avoid using electric or pneumatic tools, as this may result in degraded contact of the spacers, which can cause unpleasant vibrations while driving.
Since March 2011, the use of Pro-Spacer spacers in combination with copper wheels is prohibited unless otherwise stated in the certification.
All centering and mounting elements must be removed from the surface of the axle (mounting screws, clips, or rings from the brake disc or drum).
