The first time I tried it, I felt like it wasn't cleaning because I was used to cleansers irritating my skin, but it cleans perfectly without drying out the skin. I don't use it much on my eyes. It can remove light makeup (concealer, a little mascara, makeup, eyeshadow), for heavier makeup I remove it with micellar water and then clean with this cream. Very rarely, on a day when my skin feels very oily, I would prefer a foam instead of the cream. 100% satisfied
