I suffer from knee osteoarthritis and I endure constant pain and heaviness in my legs, so maybe my opinion will help someone else. I tried the sportgel cream for two consecutive days, I have applied it 4 times. I really can't believe how much relief I feel, without painkiller pills, without anti-inflammatories. I finally slept well, I have minimal pain and I feel well-being in the areas where I applied the gel. It is truly impressive to me because I suffered a lot. I don't know if the good result will continue but I will update.

Good ointment mainly for muscle pains and injuries. For de Quervain's tendinitis, which I used it for, it just temporarily relieved me from the pain (like a local anesthetic).

Refined mint scent, very pleasant. Absorbs easily without leaving residues. Otherwise, I imagine its effectiveness will be great for insect repellent only. No effect on simple muscle pain in the leg. I preferred an ice pack.

A friend of my mom's had recommended it for a neck strain I had, but it didn't improve the situation, to be honest, and I kept it in the cupboard. Starting exercise after a while, I got what we call a "strain" and in my pain, I remembered it (it was night and I couldn't sleep from the pain). It gives a cooling sensation and literally in no time the pain subsided significantly and I was able to sleep. The next day I was noticeably better. The mint smell it has fades after about fifteen minutes, and importantly, the clothes don't smell.

Even for a sprain in the hand or foot, it does an incredible job. The pain subsides very quickly. Highly recommended.

I have been using it for years (now it has changed a bit in logo design) because the ice pack cannot cover a large area. I have been using it for 10 years now (I think since it was first released, somewhere around ten years). Because I exercise but also have sensitivity in my musculoskeletal system, I shouldn't use creams with medication frequently, so this gel has saved me! Apply it before exercise where you know you will strain yourself and afterwards when you will be sore, or wherever you have sensitivity BEFORE and AFTER exercise. Since it is a natural product, you can apply it all day without any issues. It's a bit expensive, if you exercise frequently it will last you a maximum of 2 months! But is it worth constantly using creams with anti-inflammatory properties? Also, I am prone to allergies and it didn't bother me. The smell is pleasant like mint, and the cooling sensation alleviates the pain. As I mentioned before, it works both reactively and preventively. If someone finds a similar product but cheaper, please let us know because I constantly consume it.

Apart from its wonderful regular use, I think it's much better than warm ones, just consider that athletes put ice on bruises.
