Traditionally made pasta from the company Grandmother's Traditional Products, suitable for quick recipes or gourmet dishes. They were born in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy. This small, flat pasta often comes in square or triangular shapes and is typically used in broth soups.

Preparation Method:

• The water must be boiling vigorously before adding the pasta.
• Just before it boils, add salt, preferably coarse. For 5 liters, use 1 tablespoon.
• Cook the pasta on high heat, with the pot uncovered, stirring occasionally so they don't stick together.
• Depending on the size, shape, and thickness, different pasta types have different boiling times.
• Follow the time indicated on the packaging for the best results.
