I am changing my review and from one star that I gave, I now give it 4. I used it for drying vegetables for broth and it turned out wonderful. Cut the vegetables into fairly thin slices and you will have perfect broths. It also dries mushrooms very well. With fruits, it struggles or maybe I haven't found the right temperature for it to be okay.

Κόψτε τα λαχανικά σε αρκετά λεπτές φέτες και θα έχετε τέλειους ζωμούς. Επίσης αποξηραινει πολύ καλά τα μανιτάρια. Στα φρούτα δυσκολεύεται ή εγώ δεν έχω βρει την κατάλληλη θερμοκρασία για να είναι οκ.
