Description

Soul Hackers offers a first-person RPG experience with dungeon adventures, set in a future where technology and supernatural forces merge into a macabre union of cyberpunk futurism and gothic horror. This epic sci-fi RPG tale unfolds in a city regarded as a beacon of human mastery over technology, yet hides a devilish secret. In this supposed utopia, a group of hackers takes action against a secret society that dates back centuries, and a battle for the control of humanity's fate is underway.

In the classic tradition of Shin Megami Tensei, players have the enticing option while exploring dungeons to either fight against the demon enemies they encounter or negotiate with them in an attempt to turn them into allies. This version of Soul Hackers for Nintendo 3DS brings the Japanese classic to gamers with enhancements such as 30 additional demons, a new opening movie and theme song, improved controls, and faster loading times. Furthermore, players can use the lower screen of the 3DS as an auto-mapping feature and activate a COMP hack to change difficulty levels and fill out maps without having to walk.

After completing the game, the 3DS version of Soul Hackers also offers an additional button sequence, where players will witness the appearance of Raidou Kuzunoha from the previous Devil Summoner games.
