Master Distiller Billy Walker has applied a wood innovation philosophy and sourced the best casks in the world to elevate the spirit to its optimum, delivering a truly exceptional single malt. Created from a blend of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry puncheons along with a small quantity of Virgin Oak barrels and red wine barriques, the spirit offers elegance matured with sherry. On the nose, it gives aromas of honey, butterscotch, and cinnamon, followed by waves of ginger, roasted almonds, and mocha. On the palate, notes of butter, toffee, cinnamon, oak, and tobacco.
