I wonder how this hood has good reviews! I bought it based on the reviews and of course the price since I wanted something economical for a vacation home. But I am completely dissatisfied as it has no good performance at all. Also, after about 15 minutes of use, the filters are filled with water and the lights start dripping onto the food! I definitely would not buy it again.
Απορώ πως έχει καλές κριτικές αυτός ο απορροφητήρας! Τον αγόρασα με γνώμωνα τις κριτικές και φυσικά τα χρήματα καθώς ήθελα κάτι οικονομικό για εξοχικό. Αλλά έχω μείνει πλήρως δυσαρεστημένη καθώς δεν έχει καθόλου καλή απόδοση. Επίσης μετά από περίπου 15 λεπτά χρήσης έχουν γεμίσει νερό τα φίλτρα αλλά τα τα φώτα του όπου αρχίζουν και στάζουν πάνω στο φαγητό! Σίγουρα δεν θα το ξανά αγόραζα.

The extractor is very good, relatively quiet, good light, and does what it's supposed to do. What bothers me - and for this reason I deduct one star - is that unlike other extractors, when you pull the piece that opens it automatically (to start it up), the light does not turn on automatically. To turn on the light, after you have pulled it and started it up, you have to press the button that turns on the light. And to turn off the light, you have to press the same button again, meaning it doesn't turn off by closing the extractor. This is very annoying. And besides that, no one knows what will happen over the years with this button that you have to press every time you use it. And its buttons don't seem to be of exceptional quality. I expected better things from AEG.
Also, nowhere did I see it mentioned that you can only turn on and off the light in this way. If I had read this somewhere, I wouldn't have bought it. I would have chosen a different model. I should add that before buying it, I had read the manual, maybe not carefully enough. Lesson learned for the future.

Αυτό που με ενοχλεί -και γι' αυτό κόβω ένα αστεράκι- είναι ότι σε αντίθεση με άλλους απορροφητήρες, όταν τραβάς το κομμάτι που τον ανοίγει αυτόματα (για να πάρει μπρος δηλαδή), δεν ανάβει αυτόματα και το φως. Για να ανάψεις το φως πρέπει, αφού τον έχεις τραβήξει και έχει πάρει μπρος, να πατήσεις το κουμπάκι που ανάβει το φως. Και για να σβήσεις το φως, πρέπει πάλι να πατήσεις το ίδιο κουμπάκι, δηλαδή δεν σβήνει κλείνωντας τον απορροφητήρα. Αυτό είναι πολύ ενοχλητικό. Και πέραν αυτού, κανείς καταλαβαίνει τι θα συμβεί μέσα στα χρόνια σε αυτό το κουμπάκι με το άνοιξε/κλείσε, δηλαδή πάτα/ξαναπάτα κάθε φορά που τον χρησιμοποιείς. Και τα κουμπάκια του δεν φαίνονται εξαιρετικά καλή κατασκευή. Περίμενα καλύτερα πράγματα από την AEG.
Επίσης, πουθενά δεν είδα να λέει ότι μόνο με αυτόν τον τρόπο μπορείς να ανάψεις και να σβήσεις το φως. Αν το είχα διαβάσει κάπου, δεν θα τον είχα πάρει. Θα είχα πάρει άλλο μοντέλο. Να προσθέσω ότι πριν τον αγοράσω, είχα διαβάσει το manual, ίσως όχι αρκετά προσεκτικά. Μάθημα για το μέλλον.

Σε σχέση με ένα pyramis στο πατρικό είναι η μέρα με την νύχτα. Στην 1η σκάλα αν πας στην εξώπορτα νιώθεις τον αέρα που τραβάει ο απορροφητήρας! 2 μήνες όλα καλά. Ψευτοκατασκευη βέβαια , νομίζεις ότι τ πήρες 40 εύρο αλλά κάνει την δουλειά του !
Update 7-4-2025 --6 μηνες , επαληθεύτηκαν τα γραφόμενα μου περί ψευτοκατασκευης μιας και με ελάχιστη χρήση έσπασαν Κ από της 2 μεριές τα στοπ? Δεν ξέρω πως λέγονται ελπίζω να μην μας πέσει στο κεφάλι, κρίμα
Update 31-10-25 , διαβάζω κριτικές για πολύ θόρυβο, δεν ξέρω τι λάθος έχουν κάνει αλλά θόρυβο πολύ δεν κάνει ! Εξακολουθεί να δουλεύει απροβληματιστα και με την αρχική απόδοση!
Okay, good... What you expect from such a type of extractor. Average things but you know that from the beginning. I'm saying this because of the type (drawer) and not the money.
Νταξ, καλό... Ότι περιμένεις από έναν τέτοιο τύπο απορροφητήρα. Μέτρια πράγματα αλλά το ξέρεις από την αρχή. Το λέω λόγο τύπου(συρτάρι) και όχι χρημάτων.

The extractor is very good, relatively quiet, good light, and does what it's supposed to do. What bothers me - and for this reason I deduct one star - is that unlike other extractors, when you pull the piece that opens it automatically (to start it up), the light does not turn on automatically. To turn on the light, after you have pulled it and started it up, you have to press the button that turns on the light. And to turn off the light, you have to press the same button again, meaning it doesn't turn off by closing the extractor. This is very annoying. And besides that, no one knows what will happen over the years with this button that you have to press every time you use it. And its buttons don't seem to be of exceptional quality. I expected better things from AEG.
Also, nowhere did I see it mentioned that you can only turn on and off the light in this way. If I had read this somewhere, I wouldn't have bought it. I would have chosen a different model. I should add that before buying it, I had read the manual, maybe not carefully enough. Lesson learned for the future.
Ο απορροφητήρας είναι πολύ καλός, σχετικά αθόρυβος, καλό φως, και κάνει αυτό που πρέπει να κάνει. Αυτό που με ενοχλεί -και γι' αυτό κόβω ένα αστεράκι- είναι ότι σε αντίθεση με άλλους απορροφητήρες, όταν τραβάς το κομμάτι που τον ανοίγει αυτόματα (για να πάρει μπρος δηλαδή), δεν ανάβει αυτόματα και το φως. Για να ανάψεις το φως πρέπει, αφού τον έχεις τραβήξει και έχει πάρει μπρος, να πατήσεις το κουμπάκι που ανάβει το φως. Και για να σβήσεις το φως, πρέπει πάλι να πατήσεις το ίδιο κουμπάκι, δηλαδή δεν σβήνει κλείνωντας τον απορροφητήρα. Αυτό είναι πολύ ενοχλητικό. Και πέραν αυτού, κανείς καταλαβαίνει τι θα συμβεί μέσα στα χρόνια σε αυτό το κουμπάκι με το άνοιξε/κλείσε, δηλαδή πάτα/ξαναπάτα κάθε φορά που τον χρησιμοποιείς. Και τα κουμπάκια του δεν φαίνονται εξαιρετικά καλή κατασκευή. Περίμενα καλύτερα πράγματα από την AEG.
Επίσης, πουθενά δεν είδα να λέει ότι μόνο με αυτόν τον τρόπο μπορείς να ανάψεις και να σβήσεις το φως. Αν το είχα διαβάσει κάπου, δεν θα τον είχα πάρει. Θα είχα πάρει άλλο μοντέλο. Να προσθέσω ότι πριν τον αγοράσω, είχα διαβάσει το manual, ίσως όχι αρκετά προσεκτικά. Μάθημα για το μέλλον.

Quite VFM. Quality, works very well especially on the 2nd and 3rd settings. The first setting is quite silent, which is very useful. Supports various mounting methods, either attaching to the sides with metal brackets, with screws, or mounting on top of a shelf.

It seems to be of good quality, works very well, easy to install (includes a reducer for smaller diameter). I wouldn't call it noisy. Time will tell about its durability.

Very beautiful. Practical light. Relatively easy to install. It needs some tricks. The instructions were not very enlightening and in the end I resorted to a specialist for the installation. The power was satisfactory in the test. It holds the kitchen paper on the filter!

Πολύ όμορφος. Πρακτικό φως. Σχετικά εύκολος στην τοποθέτηση. Θέλει τα κόλπα του. Οι οδηγίες δεν ήταν πολύ διαφωτιστικές και τελικά κατέφυγα σε ειδικό για την τοποθέτηση. Η ισχύς ικανοποιητική στην δοκιμή. Το φύλλο χαρτί κουζίνας το κρατάει στο φίλτρο!
Θα σας πω και μόλις μαγειρέψουμε ή καλύτερα ακόμη όταν τηγανίσουμε!
I had a Pyramis extractor hood which never worked and didn't extract anything, so I decided to change it and got this one according to the reviews I read. Indeed, it is by far better, it extracts everything, the house doesn't smell, it is relatively quiet, its light is quite strong. Overall, I am quite satisfied compared to the previous one, which the only thing it did well was making noise
ειχα εναν απορροφητηρα pyramis ο οποιος δεν τραβαγε ποτε και τιποτα αποφασισα να τον αλλαξω και πηρα αυτον συμφωνα με τις αξιολογησεις που διαβασα , οντως ειναι μακραν καλυτερος τραβαει τα παντα δεν μυριζει το σπιτι ειναι σχετικα αθορυβος το φως του ειναι αρκετα δυνατο γενικα ειμαι αρκετα ικανοποιημενη σε σχεση με τον προηγουμενο που το μονο που εκανε καλα ειναι η φασαρια
