Design and Materials: BMC's specialized engineers utilize advanced software and the latest technologies to produce BMC air filters. The filters are very lightweight, made from the finest raw materials, and enhance performance. Woven alloys with epoxy coating are used for protection against smoke and oxidation. The filtering material consists of a special cotton gauze soaked in low-viscosity oil for better air permeability.

Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a production system based on soft rubber molding, which produces BMC red filters in a single piece. The risk of breakage is avoided thanks to the "Full Molding" system, which stems from R&D in F1.
