It is a hypertonic sea water solution that contains all the beneficial components of the sea (minerals & trace elements). It relieves nasal congestion and the pressure of blocked sinuses through the natural mechanism of osmosis. Additionally, it hydrates and cleanses the nasal passages. Suitable for adults and children over 6 years old.

    Repeat AS MANY TIMES as needed for your nose to clear.

    Towards the end, give one last spray and hold it in for a while, e.g., while brushing your teeth or getting dressed. You will see what comes out afterward.
