Description

Description

The Lorelli Smart Plus three-wheel children’s scooter features two front wheels with LED lights that illuminate as they rotate, powered by a dynamo. The front wheels are wider than the rest of the scooter, while a special system allows the deck to tilt when turning, helping the child maintain balance and remain upright. The scooter is foldable and multi-functional, with a removable seat that is height-adjustable.

The parent handle and handlebar are adjustable to three positions, from 71 to 81 cm. The seat has a backrest and can also be used as a carrying handle. The handlebar grips are made of rubber, while the rear brake is operated by pressing down. Use on wet or icy surfaces is not recommended, as the wheels may slip.

What do users say? AI-generated summary

Users generally find it sturdy and well made, and especially appreciate the lights on the wheels. They say it’s lightweight, rolls smoothly, and is easy for young children to use. However, turning requires shifting your weight and can be tricky, and the handle is considered too low for tall adults.

  • This review is about a variation of the product

we have used it a few times, so far it seems sturdy.. it will just make turning a bit difficult when you hold it by the handle and secondly if you are over 1.70m tall you will have to bend because the handle is short... that's it! reliable though

WARNING all these three-wheelers (with 2 wheels in the front) do not turn with the handlebar but with weight shifting.

All of these have disadvantages but also advantages.

    Disadvantages:
The handlebar (in my opinion) is useless. It is useless because, as I mentioned before, the scooter turns with weight shifting and not with the handlebar, so it is impossible to turn it while carrying a child.
You can only go forward and backward, and in order to turn, you have to lift it slightly, always risking dropping the child.
Also, because there is only one wheel in the back, when you turn the handlebar, you have dropped the child.

The steering system is quite stiff and it is extremely difficult for the child to turn. Of course, this can be solved with frequent lubrication, but I do not recommend it unless the child is 4+ years old and has better control of their weight on the scooter.

In my knowledge, all of the above before purchasing the product.

    Advantages:
Because it has 2 wheels in the front and the handlebar turns with weight shifting, the whole movement-direction is very stable and there is no risk of the child falling and getting hurt.
For example, in a scooter that turns with the handlebar, whether with 1 or 2 wheels in the front, if the child falls, the handlebar will move and there is a risk of the child getting hurt.

It is easy to use and helps the child to balance and feel secure, so they can start going on rides by themselves.
    Quite good and high-quality.
The seat is good and it helps a lot with the game and the child's first contact with the scooter.
The wheels have lights that turn on with movement. They are also made of hard rubber and do not make noise. They seem quite high-quality and will withstand the test of time

Quite good quality for its price. Sturdy and well-built, considering the money you always give. It would be good to lubricate the front axle - steering periodically, even from the beginning, for better operation.

Exactly as shown in the photo. It is lightweight, so you can easily carry it when the child gets off. It has lights that turn on when it goes fast and are mainly visible at night. To turn, you shift the weight to the side you want to go. You don't turn the handlebars like on a bicycle. It rolls very easily. The height from the handlebar is a bit low for a height of 1.73 and above. Our 17-month-old child really liked it.
