A keyboard that has a defect in the spacebar after 2 years deserves 1/5. Look for defects in the spacebar of the Alloy Origin Core.

Update:
In less than 3 years, it eventually developed an issue with random switches. Sometimes, some of them do not register key presses or register them twice. I believe it is not a problem with the switches but with the board or the software (firmware) since when some switches are fixed, others break. I tried everything, cleaning it internally with air and contact spray, reinstalling the firmware, changing the cable, and testing it on another PC and another operating system with no results.

Unfortunately, although the design of the keyboard suits my tastes, I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy; keyboard ghosting is one of the worst issues that can arise. For a 90e keyboard, it is unacceptable.

I bought a Keychron to replace the HyperX that continues to have its issues. The Keychron costs 20e more but is wired/wireless, has swappable switches, a sturdier build, and a better feel. I'm still looking into whether I can somehow fix the problem with the HyperX. For anyone looking to buy this specific keyboard and wants extra feedback regarding the random key ghosting issue, there is a Reddit thread titled "[HyperX FPS Alloy Pro] Issue with keys not working randomly, and needing to unplug & re-plug the keyboard?" where responses from the company are included. It is a common phenomenon, so avoid this specific keyboard at all costs. For roughly the same money, I recommend Keychron, although I haven't had it for more than 2 months. As a owner of this product for 6 months (specifically with Aqua switches), I have to say that it must be one of the best marketing gaming keyboards out of all that I have tried. The RGB lights are very bright and shiny but I have it only in solid color and at low/relaxing brightness. Speaking of customization, there is the HyperX NGENUITY app (you need to download it from Google or any other browser) that has several settings for the keyboard such as one of them is to assign specific assignments to any key you want and to serve for another use you want it to do (e.g. you bind the "A" key and set it to lower or raise the volume). Then there are the Lights where you can choose any color you want for the keyboard even in HEX code (e.g. #FFFFFF) as well as the opacity (0 to 100) & speed (speed only if you want to add effects e.g. fade when typing, swipe, etc. from 0 to 100 as well). I bought it specifically for gaming but also to write comfortably at my job so I got the Aqua switches which are tactile. If you don’t know what specific switch you need, you can check on YouTube or in detail on Reddit, etc. But for me so far they seem perfect for gaming. Because I play FPS games (like VALORANT) and in FPS I would say that generally it is a bit necessary (at least if you play competitively) to have good strafing (e.g. when you press A & D or D & A and stop in between and shoot) with these specific switches it is just fine with the low latency it has. But usually most would prefer the red switches because they are linear which means they don’t have the bump that tactile ones have and are more effective for gaming but again, it’s a preference. Generally, there are many keyboard functions in the app for anyone who wants to try it.

I will start with the first impression.
I really like it externally. It's a jewel for the office.

In the first hour I tried it, I said okay it's good.
I had it saved and bought it after completing the rest of the build.

The truth is that at first it didn't impress me as a purchase since my previous membrane keyboard (20 euros) was quite good and I had no complaints.

Today is the second day. I played csgo, watched series, and now I'm writing this.
I haven't gotten used to it yet but I already like it and I think over time I won't be able to change it.

At first, the buttons felt a bit "tight" and hard, and my fingers got tired.
I'm used to it already.
What I noticed in myself and in others who used it is how strong and careless we press the keys.
Due to the tactile nature of the keys, it makes you more conscious of typing and I really like that.
I make more mistakes (which I always did).
In fact, I realize that I make mistakes and correct them, while before, because the keyboard was quieter and more neutral, I was on autopilot.

For lights, sound, weight, quality, and the rest, everyone talks about it so I won't pay attention, only to my personal experience.

To anyone thinking of buying it, I would say to weigh it and see their priorities.
I would put it at the end of the list as the budget can go to more important things like a comfortable chair, a good desk, headphones, sound system, and anything that has to do with building the best conditions.
Let's invest in our health and then in "jewelry."
Among these, I also include a good mattress if you don't already have one.

I saw a budget mechanical keyboard that a friend of mine has.
Compared to this one, not only does it feel fake, light, and plastic, but its keys didn't have the quality that the HyperX has.
It's truly day and night.
I'm already used to it and I won't change it for anything (I've had it for less than a week).

At the office at work, I usually use classic keyboards and now I have gotten used to it and I don't like it at all :)
Also, if you are a professional, the tactile click is not just nice to the touch but necessary.
When you write code for hours or pass invoices, a wrong click can result in an error in the code and time until you find it or an extra digit that can multiply the bill.

When it's so sensitive with long clicky travel, you always click and you realize it, resulting in knowing what you're doing with certainty.

The keyboard is very nice and of high quality, literally I expected it to be much worse due to its price compared to the others (as a comparison, Razer Blackwidow V3 and Steelseries Apex 7). Personally, I bought it for 70 euros on Black Friday, and it's great. The switches are exactly what I needed (I had been using blue switches for 4 years and thought they were perfect, but the HyperX Aqua switches are far better). The feeling is similar to red switches, but with much more sensation. Additionally, something very good about this keyboard is that it has a metal base and is anodized black. The keys also have no play, which is a very positive aspect. The software is quite good as it can be downloaded from the Windows Store and has a very good response time. The cable is braided, long, and of high-quality USB Type-C. It has two convenient adjustment levels. The unboxing experience was good, although not as good as Razer and Logitech. Finally, I played some games and did some coding, and the experience was very positive. I recommend it to those whose budget is up to 80 euros.

I have had the keyboard for a week and I can say as a first impression that I am very satisfied. Having used the Logitech Mx Keys for more than two years, which is a very good keyboard and extremely convenient, it is something different but similar in several cases.

First of all, it is very good for gaming, responsive, accurate, and superior compared to membrane keyboards.

The build quality is superb. Sturdy, heavy, and stable. The backlighting is very intense at 100%. Personally, I have it turned off during the day because I don't need it, and at 50% during the night. It has nice colors and effects that you can program through the HyperX software, which you can find in the Microsoft Store for Windows. Overall, the software is satisfactory. It could use some improvement to become better and offer more options, but in general, it has options for both lighting and macro programming of the keys.

In terms of typing, it is very good. The Aqua switches are similar to Cherry MX Brown switches, which means they are tactile, so when you press them, you feel the feedback that they have been activated, but at the same time, they are not as clicky as blue switches, nor as linear as red switches that can be pressed accidentally. I can't say that the switches are noisy, but they are not almost silent like the MX Keys, which resembles laptop keyboards in terms of noise. They have a noise level similar to a regular keyboard, but the feeling they leave is completely different. Finally, during calls, I didn't receive any feedback that they can be heard, so you won't be annoyed by the clicky-clicky sound.

Personally, I have enjoyed it both for gaming and work. It is my first experience with a mechanical keyboard, and it has left a very positive impression on me. It is definitely the best keyboard, especially when it comes to mechanical keyboards, you need to test it to have a complete opinion. From my side, after searching on YouTube and reading comments from both owners here and on foreign sites, I don't regret my choice. Finally, I don't miss the numpad part because it is not something I use extensively. It is a matter of habit, and you adapt quickly.

One observation I have to make is that because it has a type-C port, it is not at the same level as the frame, like in mobile phones, controllers, etc., but it has a recess for the cable to fit in. It is possible that not all type-C cables will fit because the cover will be in the way at the end of the cable. I tried an Anker braided cable and it never fit. The package includes a cable, and it is braided, so you won't have any problems. I just mention it so you keep it in mind.

In conclusion, I combined it with the HyperX Pudding Keycaps Full Key Black, which are PBT switches and not ABS like the stock keycaps. They have a better feel and fit because the curvature on each key is distinct to provide better finger placement. They are not glossy like the stock keycaps, so they don't show fingerprints, and they have better quality than plastic. Also, because they are not completely black like the stock keycaps, they enhance and increase the backlighting.

Of course, I recommend the keyboard at a price of around €100, especially if you find it on sale!

Just stole a church....For 60 euros they put me in jail for what I took...first of all, we're talking about a full metal keyboard...usually it's either all plastic or metal where the keys are pressed, but here it's all metal, you understand the quality as soon as you touch it and feel its weight.
