It's one of those products where you spend an amount, they have no quality, and you struggle to take care of it, but no matter how much you take care of it, it's terrible. Besides slipping, it tears and cuts, it gets dents from the weight, and if you sweat a little, you can't do planks or push-ups because you slip on it and it slips on the floor. Wasted money to use it 2-3 times until it gets worse and worse

It slips a lot on tiles. You could fall. For use on carpet, it is good.
