Description

The inflatable board Tomahawk 10′ 6” by Viking is designed for use in all conditions and is considered suitable for both beginners and experienced riders. With a length of 320 cm, width of 76 cm, and a progressive Rocker Profile, it is ideal for the beginner seeking balance and ease in maneuvers.

Responsive and obedient to the rider's commands, it offers fun and recreation in large doses.
You will love it for playing with light waves, relaxing rides, fishing with the use of a seat, or even as a Surf Sup.

It is easy to transport and store. Thus, it is an excellent choice for trips or short excursions, as you can deflate it after use and put it in a backpack.

Tolerance to high temperatures

 Most SUPs worldwide are not made to withstand 45 or 50 degrees under the sun, as excessive heat increases the internal air pressure, often exceeding the 15 psi limit and leading to small or large air leaks. Viking SUPs are manufactured based on Welding Rail technology, which increases resistance to internal pressure up to a maximum of 25 psi.

This technology allows for the mechanical bonding of PVC layers (Welding Rail Tech) without the use of glue, achieving the union of two surfaces into a single, solid structure. This significantly improves the SUP's durability, especially on the sides of the board (rails) where the two surfaces converge and where the highest pressures occur. This technology, presented for the first time in Greece, exponentially enhances the mechanical properties of the SUP, particularly its resistance to high temperatures.
Additionally, reducing the use of glue makes the SUPs odorless and increases their ecological footprint.
Further protection from high temperatures is provided by the internal UV protection coating.

Stability and rigidity

They are manufactured with a thickness of 15 centimeters, which provides increased buoyancy and stability in mild wave conditions. Additionally, their core is made with ultra-reinforced and dense Drop Stitch material that gives them the much-desired rigidity.

Excellent maneuverability

The Viking Sup features an advanced hydrodynamic shape that makes it fast and responsive to the rider's commands. The design of the nose allows you to glide comfortably and straight in the water even in light waves. They are equipped with 3 fins for increased directionality. At the same time, their generous dimensions are balanced with a progressive Rocker profile, inspiring safety and stability.

Load capacity

The Viking Sup boards are made with multiple layers of high-quality PVC in direct fusion with a very dense Drop Stitch core. The result is achieving top load resistance in their category. 

Large dimensions

The large SUPs are more stable, comfortable, and faster. They are better both for the beginner who will feel safer and more balanced on them and for the advanced user who wants to develop speed and cover distance. And of course, they are the only choice for larger individuals and groups.

    Two people can get on it with the use of a second paddle.
    But it is definitely better for one.

    Warning: do not go SUP in open waters when it is windy. The board is quite large and difficult to handle in such conditions. The wind threw me onto the rocks and, with the help of another person, I managed to get it out.
