Hard to assemble, very janky and unstable, and finnicky in general. Adjustments require a lot of fastening and loosening of its screws, and its light weight allows it to move and shake fairly easily. Not recommended even for a hobbyist, and in my opinion, hobbyists with less experience must always buy good tools so that they don't struggle with cheap tools that are not very suitable for the work. Save your money and buy something better.
Edit: I couldn't imagine how bad it is until I used it for a few projects. This thing is literally garbage! It never holds the PCB securely, and it's so lightweight that merely touching the PCB causes the whole thing to move. I had to literally tape it down on the table so that it won't wiggle. The magnifying glass is such a joke, and it adds more instability so I had to remove it just to be able to stabilize this contraption. I regret this purchase and wish I put some extra money for a decent product. I guess you really get what you pay for.

Nice little tool but be careful! Don't twist the jaws to turn them, the thin metal holding them can break. Instead, slightly unscrew the second screw behind the jaw and rotate the whole handle. Otherwise, reliable and seems sturdy

With the first use, one of the little springs broke and it's already useless.
