Bee Berrie is the creator of Bee’s Bakery, which has been rated as one of the top five cookie bakeries in London by the Evening Standard. After working as a microbiologist, she decided to change careers in 2012 and delve into baking. Her second cookbook, Bee’s Adventures in Cake Decorating, is a bold, fun, and easy guide to cake decorating, filled with over 30 recipes.

The book includes recipes for stunning cakes and frostings, such as Bee's favorite vegan banana cake and the vibrant Jamaican ginger cake, with many options for creating dairy-free versions in both the cake and frosting recipes, including an amazing vegan chocolate and avocado recipe.

Since its founding in 2012, without any external funding or loans, Bee has built a resilient small business that supplies clients such as Selfridges, Topshop, ASOS, Harrods, and Daylesford Organic. Bee regularly participates in conferences, meetings, and exhibitions, where she teaches and showcases special topics in baking, entrepreneurship, and new careers.
