The "Omega" Non-Stick Griddle from Nava is made of cast aluminum, with a solid metal composition and a heavy base, featuring 5 non-stick layers. It ensures completely healthy cooking, with perfect taste as if you were cooking on natural stone.

It has a non-slip, ergonomic handle with a wood-like appearance, remaining cool even after hours of cooking. It is suitable for all types of cooktops: Ceramic, Electric, Halogen, Gas, and Induction.

The package includes one "Omega" Griddle with a size of 28cm.

Care Instructions for the Cookware:

  • Before first use, wash the cookware with warm water, dishwashing liquid, and a soft sponge.
  • Apply oil or butter to the inside of the cookware before each use.
  • Do not overheat the cookware when empty and do not leave the cookware on the heat until the contents evaporate.
  • Low or medium temperature is sufficient for achieving the best cooking results.
  • The cookware is designed to withstand sudden temperature changes. For longer lifespan, prefer to let the cookware cool down and then wash with warm water and dishwashing liquid.
  • Prefer kitchen tools made of wood, plastic, or silicone for a longer lifespan of the non-stick coating.
  • Never cut food inside the cookware with sharp tools.
  • Cook on a burner that is the same size or smaller than the base of the cookware.
  • Do not allow the fat or oil to heat up to the point of smoking, burning, or turning black.
  • Do not use metal sponges, wire, or harsh cleaners.
  • The non-stick coating complies with regulations for materials intended to come into contact with food.
