The product I purchased was completely useless, its glue was dry and in pieces and it wouldn't stick to the surface. It might have been very old or stored under unsuitable conditions. I have used the same product in the past and I know its characteristics.

Despite arriving in torn packaging, the product does a fantastic job and I recommend it without reservation. In a central pipe of twenty years, it sealed the leaks. It requires careful application; it is recommended to warm it up with a hairdryer and then, once it cools, it insulates and waterproofs immediately.
