As a written transcript of a podcast by a very mediocre journalist. The Yiosafát is Yiosafát, he has experience and explains simply so that it can be understood by the average person and so he doesn't get more literary questions (which he ultimately doesn't avoid). It doesn't have anything special to offer in terms of psychoanalysis. There are specialized texts and more targeted analyses. Here it is on every subject like a discussion. The book can be read in 3 hours and reminded me of essays from some students who occasionally use large letters, leaving spaces to make it look longer. One page corresponds to a paragraph; it could essentially be 60-70 pages instead of over 300. However, since it reads like a little interview, it is very easy to read.

  • It is the first of his books that I read, in a mainly Freudian style, he also had a weakness for his mother.. well scattered information of the old school of psychiatry, stories with a little humor and on the other hand some points make me a little disgusted with the author in terms of rawness and hypersexuality but overall it's not bad... I wouldn't recommend it fanatically, surely one can find better of its kind

Easy to read, understandable due to the question-answer style of an interview. It has humor that makes you think.

last great psychoanalyst psychiatrist and not a life coach and anything else that constantly sprouts without a psychiatric degree at least ..... old good school of psychoanalysts. I hope he will produce one last for death (eg A Matter of Death and Life Yalom)
