The BOSU Home Edition 72-10850-2XPQ is a balance trainer. BOSU (an acronym for "both sides up") is a dual-sided device that uniquely combines a ball and a step. One side of the device is an airtight dome that moves (aligns) with every movement of the user, while the other side is a flat and sturdy platform. Two handles hidden in the recesses facilitate the rotation of the device from one side to the other. The diameter of the platform is approximately 65 cm. This version is for home use only.
