Very powerful and with great battery life. The only thing that bothered me is that after about three months of moderate use, the silicone tip that opens and closes came off/tore and essentially the internal LEDs are exposed (you can't leave it in a light rain, for example). No matter how carefully you open it, I think it's just a matter of time before it tears
πολύ δυνατό και με μεγάλη διάρκεια μπαταρίας. το μόνο με ενόχλησε είναι ότι μετά από κάνα τρίμηνο μέτριας χρήσης η μύτη της σιλικόνης που ανοιγοκλείνει, ξεκόλλησε/σχίστηκε και ουσιαστικά είναι εκτεθειμένα τα εσωτερικά λεντακια( δεν μπορείς να το αφήσεις σε μια ελαφριά βροχή πχ). Όσο προσεκτικά και να το ανοίγεις νομίζω ότι είναι θέμα χρόνου να σχιστεί
I have bought many cheap Chinese flashlights for 15-20 euros that initially light up for 45 minutes - 1 hour and then their performance completely drops. After a few recharges, they end up lasting only 25-30 minutes on a strong setting. Very little, in other words, for anyone who wants it for camping.
This specific Nebo Galileo Air 1000 is a serious product that does what it promises. I left it on the medium setting at 500 lumens (more than enough brightness for camping) and indeed its power started to decrease exactly after 5 hours. It worked flawlessly and brightly until the 5-hour mark. In reality, even its low setting at 100 lumens, which lasts for 10 hours, is sufficient as a relaxed flashlight. Its high setting at 1000 lumens (lasts 1 hour) is indeed very powerful, but it will only be needed for a short period of time when you are doing a task.
It charges with a USB like a mobile phone (so it can be charged from a power bank) in about 4 hours.
It's better to invest in something more expensive that does the job you need it to do, rather than wasting money on cheaper ones that ultimately don't do the job for you.

Το συγκεκριμένο nebo galileo air 1000 είναι σοβαρό προϊόν που κάνει ό,τι υπόσχεται. Το άφησα στη μεσαία σκάλα στα 500 lumens (υπεραρκετή φωτεινότητα για καμπινγκ) και όντως άρχισε να πέφτει η δύναμή του ακριβώς στις 5 ώρες.. μεχρι τις 5 ώρες λειτούργησε άψογα και ζωηρά.. Στην πραγματικότητα αρκεί και η χαμηλή του σκάλα στα 100 lumens που κρατάει 10 ώρες ως φαναράκι χαλαρό.. Η μεγάλη του σκάλα στα 1000 lumens (κρατάει 1 ωρα) είναι όντως πολύ δυνατή αλλά θα χρειαστεί μόνο σε φάση που κάνεις μια δουλειά δηλαδή για σύντομο χρόνο ..
Φορτίζει με usb όπως ένα κινητό (άρα και από power bank) σε περίπου 4 ώρες..
Καλύτερα κάτι πιο ακριβό που να κάνει τη δουλειά που το θες παρά να πετάς λεφτά σε φτηνότερα που τελικά δε σου κάνουν τη δουλειά ..
