      After various formulas I have tried, I think it is one of the best ones on the market. As for solubility, it requires a good shake and a little shaking to avoid clumping halfway, add some water and it's ready. The taste is subjective, but the vanilla flavor I got is very good. It has never bloated me, even in the first week when you practically take 2 doses a day for loading. 53g of protein, 5g of creatine, amino acids, vitamins, all in good content with the protein quantity standing out. The only downside is the packaging, where there are 3 small bags inside that swim in the box. It's worth recommending.
