I have placed it on a THINKPAD docking station to get extra USB 3 ports. I have added two cables on top of it, and it works perfectly. This issue with the short cable length for connection seems to be everywhere, and I don't understand why!

a) I have connected my MacBook to a monitor. I can't make the connection you see with the other hub in the picture using the Baseus, as it doesn't charge the MacBook from the type c port to keep it in clamshell mode.

I bought it to connect an external hard drive, USB, etc. to my tablet (Samsung Galaxy S9+). The tablet recognizes it and works perfectly. I have also tried a mouse, and it works too.
The negatives are that it doesn't charge the tablet through the adapter! Also, I would like a slightly longer cable.
Το πήρα για να συνδέω εξωτερικό σκληρό δίσκο, usb κτλ. με τάμπλετ (Samsung galaxy S9+). Το τάμπλετ το αναγνωρίζει και λειτουργεί άψογα. Έχω δοκιμάσει και ποντίκι, λειτουργεί και αυτό.
Τα αρνητικά του είναι ότι δεν φορτίζει το τάμπλετ, μέσω του αντάπτορα! Επίσης θα ήθελα λίγο πιο μακρύ καλώδιο.
The cable length is short, as it's intended to be on your desk, so it's not good if your desktop is on the floor, like my PC.
However, for new Macs that only have USB C ports (and are obviously on your desk), this helps to convert one port into the classic port for sticks, charging cables, and other peripherals. Can be users for Macbooks as well.
Minor issue is that the light on the top is constantly on and can be annoying, but not enough to lose a star.
