I was searching for a branded intercom and after many positive comments I chose this one. As a construction, it is indeed quite high quality, especially in its peripherals, the sound of the radio as well as the reception is excellent. I give two stars because I faced a problem connecting it to my phone (iPhone 13). The intercom never worked and neither did connectivity with calls and Spotify. The app, which works as a remote control, seems quite sloppy to me and constantly freezes. The user instructions for the functions after the last firmware upgrade are not the same. Unfortunately, I sent it back for replacement and I am waiting for a response from the store. I believe that such an expensive device should be more user-friendly in terms of connectivity and software usage.
