The unit is flawless! It works extremely well with my mobile phone and when connected to another Cardo unit I have. I am impressed by the build quality and its amazingly high-quality sound. It has been tested at speeds above 140 km/h and communication is trouble-free. The microphone is truly of superior quality compared to other units (e.g. Sena, Interphone) and does not pick up wind noise. Its base is magnetic and has a release button, so it is very difficult for it to come off without you wanting it to. Now, regarding the comments of a previous user, because I looked into it, there is a new update that makes it "X" and the user no longer needs to change mode by pressing the buttons. Also, I think the sound and microphone quality have improved even more. I highly recommend it. Ahhh....and I must not forget, the service and communication with the dealership's service department in Tavros were amazing. They helped me with mounting it on the helmet as well as with the new update they made to it.

I was looking for a branded intercom, and after the many positive reviews I chose this one. As a product, it is indeed quite high-quality, especially its accessories, and the radio sound as well as reception are excellent. I’m giving it two stars because I had a problem connecting it to my phone (iPhone 13). The intercom never worked, nor did connectivity for calls and Spotify. The app, which functions as a remote control, seems quite poorly made to me and keeps freezing constantly. The user instructions for the functions after the latest firmware update are not the same. Unfortunately, I sent it back for a refund and I am waiting for a response from the store. I believe that such an expensive device should be more user-friendly in terms of connectivity and software use. Also, switching the buttons with a combination in order for the user to change mode while riding a motorcycle makes it extremely difficult and dangerous.
