The lock accepts RF cards that must be programmed according to the hotel's needs, from the programming device H-RF9 and the corresponding software. Each system installed on a computer becomes unique, and the programmed cards cannot be read or modified by another system.

Through the software, access rights are defined such as:

• Right to open all locks (e.g., hotel manager)
• Right to open locks of a building (e.g., maintenance staff)
• Right for only one floor (e.g., cleaner)
• Right for a single lock (customer) with a specific time duration
