    The float is listed in the description as 1/2" threaded but it is 3/8". Since the bottom part is not removable so you can put whatever you want, the choice is binding. I don't know if it's good because it wasn't tested, but what is certain is that it is not multifunctional and doesn't fit all cases. In short, if it doesn't work for you, you throw it away.
